I live at the end of the block and decided to give this place a try. Very nice looking space, large and well thought out, like the brewery next door. Me and my partner approached the counter and asked for a dark drip coffee and a soy latte. "We don't have drip or soy". Now, this is Vancouver, so I'm used to the heavy hipster coffee joints who only do pour overs and think drip coffee is too common, but it would have been really nice for the person at the counter to offer the other two dairy alternatives instead of just telling us what they don't have there. Also, the barista seemed very annoyed at having to get some milk out of the fridge for my partner's Americano. Maybe you could just put milks out for people to add to their coffees so as not to bother the staff? The customer service is not strong with this place. I'll stick to...

If there were more than 5 stars to rate these guys, I assure you, they’d be getting every single one of them!!! I really liked their Black Condor coffee but as it was sold out and only 200 g left, guys were generous enough and caring enough to let me know about it and they just gave it to me for free where I was ready to pay for it easily. I respect the passion of the people working at Pallets and desire to deliver the BEST! I’m definitely a loyal customer of this place. If you are to chose coffee roasters in Vancouver it should be PALLET! Alright, I’m off here to go and make myself a delicious cup of espresso from the Pallet’s Black Condor.
