Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

My old review got deleted by you guys so guess what I'm going to write another! Shameful business practice by the way! I'm an avid Papa John's customer from the US locations and familiar with how their food is supposed to taste and look. So you can imagine my surprise when I ordered from this location and it tasted nothing like Papa John's nor looked like it. This pizza looked and tasted just like all the crappy typical Vancouver pizza chains: FreshSlice, Uncle Faith's, Megabyte, Hell Crust etc. Why buy a PJ franchise and completely go against the business standards that you're supposed to uphold as a franchisee. My guess it's because y'all are cutting corners and are probably an ex franchise owner of one of the above mentioned Vancouver chains. The gentleman who took my order (Haneil? sorry,) was very patient with me as I changed my order 2x . I was unsure what to order, their menu was so "inviting". Based on what I finally thought was a good choice "Haneil" told me I'd be better off going with their Large 4 Topping pizza special, which turned out to be about $7 LESS! The delivery person from the store was very courteous, friendly and alert. This service I consider to be exceptional, and the pizza was very tasty, way better than the usual "Vancouver Pizza", and I tried most of them in the 26 years I've lived here. I yesterday visited the Papa John's location on Terminal Avenue in Vancouver, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in the staff were welcoming and friendly The restaurant was clean and well-organised it did not disappoint. The fresh dough was perfectly baked The service was prompt, and my order was ready in no time. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was to my satisfaction.
