Manager - Kuldeep Dhillon have no moral at all. Basically promised to refund my order via a giftcard that can be pick up anytime, but didn't followed through. Food weren't edible when I visited.
Long version: contacted Subway online because my 2 footlong subs weren't edible at all, and that was a first for me! I visits many location before and never have problem with the workers or the food until I came to this location.
Kuldeep replied wanting to make things right and that they will issue a refund in the form of a giftcard, that "You can visit store anytime to pick up your subway giftcard"
When I went to pick up the giftcard, the workers have no idea about any giftcard for anyone. They contacted the manager and said it have been a few months, you can't have giftcard anymore (Even though, email clearly stated "anytime" and I had communicated to the manager before that due to my car accident I won't be able to pick it up soon. Beside, it was only a few months, not years).
They basically disregarded me and were shooing me out. Literally threw their hands up and said "We don't make the decision, you can send email to manager again. Talk to the manager, not us!". Of course I did, and no reply to this date. I tried to contact Subway HQ by other means and got no help (Just bouncing me back to the manager).
The workers, at the end, said that they can make me a sandwich. Problem was food wasn't edible at this location so I would like to go elsewhere. Also, giftcard was supposed to be for 2 footlong subs and a drink, but they want to replace it with "a sandwich". I left. :/
Horrible experience, horrible food, not sure how they are still in...
Read moreI could have given zero stars if there was an option to. Worst experience, ego is the last thing the employees should bring when they come to work, especially if they are working in a customer experience environment. all the rest employees are good. Still, one of them told us to hurry up in a very unmannerly way, which made us question why we even came to this place for the first time. I asked myself whether I was doing a crime that she was shouting at us to order quickly in an insulting tone. She added stuff by herself and did not even ask the customer what they needed. We still requested to grill the sandwich. Still, she said we do not do it here, and I have been eating from other subways and have always grilled, and I told her if you guys can’t grill it, I can’t have it, then she shouted you have to pay for it then. We did not pay for it. She become more aggressive later and literally felt insecure and felt like I was going to harmed by her. Therefore I will never go back to this subway, and I do not also recommend anyone to go here as they do not know how to hire the correct employees. Maybe she treated us this way because we are students. There is another subway next to the park, which is only 5 mins walk from Columbia College. They make good subways. I know there will be no action on this but the management, but still, this is how you will end up spoiling your business because you do not value or pay respect to...
Read moreToday, I visited this store to order a sweet onion chicken teriyaki rice bowl, and it was the worst experience ever. 😤 The girl with the name tag “Dhillon” seriously lacks customer service skills. The place wasn’t even busy, yet she was still kind of rude. First, she charged me an extra bag fee even though I didn’t buy a bag, and when I asked her about it, she said it was for crispy onions. Like, seriously? 🤨
Then, I told her I wanted to scan my points, and she was like I have to print an online order so do it fast like give me a minute to open my app and Girl, you can still do both! 😑 After finally scanning the Subway QR code, I mentioned there was a $3 off offer on the rice bowl, plus I wanted to use the $2 from my points. She said There’s no offer and didn’t use my $2 from points. Is she kidding me? 🙄 Never going back...
