PRINKLE FRIED CHICKEN (Vancouver) — Restaurant in Vancouver

Im a bit disappointed in the shrimp taco coming here for the first time. My wife and I saw their sign yesterday after we finished shopping at TnT next door. So we decided to come today for a 3pm snack. We specifically wanted the tacos, but bought extra things to bring home to our kids to try.

Comparing their taco to Tacofino (which is amazing). The sauce was so runny....i barely took my taco out and sauce was dripping on my phone, all over my hands and on the table. I dont understand it. Ive eaten tacos many times and understand it can get a bit messy, but this is ridiculous. Made me not want to eat it anymore.

As for the service, there was none. You talk to the touch screen and order and pay. They tell you 10min and thata it. No smile or extra hello or thank you, have a nice day.

I've had a lot of Korean Chicken before but this one doesn't measure up, the food is not that great. Came here due to the option of being able to get all drumsticks, they had drumsticks alright. But due to the sauce covering the taste of the chicken I couldn't tell if it was fresh...but after taking s bite, I don't think it is. The Garlic Yangyeom is just sweet not spicy or garlicky. Ordered on Hungry Panda on May 3rd 2023. There was a promotion buy 1 get 1 free for the hot spicy secret flavour. And we only received one portion. Very disappointed. We called the store and they did not know what was going on. Update: The manager called me back later in the evening to apologize and they made up for it and let me go pick up their chicken anytime.
