I went here today with my friend. They gave me the wrong order and when i told them they did, they started yelling/complaining. I asked for a take-out box since i couldn't finish my food and the lady told me I needed to pay $0.50. Like yeah $0.50 is going to help you so much i'm sorry. They get mad over the smallest things. Like when i went to go pay, they forced me to give a $2 tip. If they had good service i wouldn't mind giving them a larger tip. They actually had the audacity to stoop so low, i don't think i would even spend $1 on this place. The worst part is, I've come here with my family before and they used to have good service, I'm not sure what happened. I wouldn't come here if i were you. Or if you really want to, try a different location. (btw if you're looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant, try the viet noodle guy near Brentwood. It's a bit higher in price, but trust me...
Read moreThis pho restaurant may have slightly aged décor, but it's clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming, no-frills vibe. It feels like the kind of place that focuses on delivering honest, traditional food—and it does just that.

It brought back fond memories of my college days when I often had pho after class. While the broth was excellent, some of the meat in the pho was a bit tough, which slightly affected the overall experience.
The pork chop, on the other hand, was a highlight—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right.
Despite the minor issue with the pho meat, I enjoyed the meal and appreciated the nostalgic, authentic flavors. I’ll definitely be back...
Read moreDisappointed in my last visit as I ordered take out and the lady at the counter didn't want to give me my change . I politely asked for it and she said "ok" rudely and basically threw it on the counter. I get that some businesses are struggling due to covid but it's such bad business practice to not give someone their change back. The restaurant workers don't know the situation of their customers either and whether money is tight either. If I eat in, then yes I always tip. But if I take out I feel it is my choice whether or not I should tip.
I should also add that they're cash only, yet they charge tax. So it's clear they're probably under reporting their annual profits correctly to CRA, which makes the act of trying to keep my change irk...
