This would be my one of my hidden gems in Kitsilano!
We went to the pizzeria and, like others on here, was pleasantly surprised by the taste!
We ordered a prosciutto pizza (18”) and it took about 15-20 minutes to prep and cook.
Here are my impressions! Dough : an actual thin crust pizza, cooked well without burning the crust. Crisp, fresh, and tasty!
Tomato sauce: done well. Not acidic and portioned well on the pizza.
Toppings: could have had a tad bit more prosciutto but it was more than I thought I would have. It is really not oily at all!
Service: the staff was patient and upbeat. I think they have done a great job working as a team.
I think it would be difficult for me to give an opinion about their delivery service since so many criticized their delivery as an issue. I’ll refrain until I try ordering.
Price : now, I will really say this since I travel quite a bit: this has one of the best value of several pizzerias that I have tried so far! I would say that you really can’t go wrong here!
Atmosphere: I took off a star because of the loud music. I noticed that several people took a peek and felt like the noise was not necessarily inviting. It’s a shame because their pizzas are scrumptious.
I do have one thing to say and I hope that the owner takes the time to read this: personally, I would cut some items off of the menu. I think that their delivery service is not up to par because they have far too many options in their menu. Lighten a bit and I think that they will get far more customers!
Overall: I would definitely recommend this pizzeria! You really don’t feel guilty at all of eating this pizza! Try the slices of pizzas (like 4$ a slice) and you would be amazed!
Go visit it! Before judging it based on their delivery service, visit the place and you would be delightfully surprised...
Read moreToday, I went to the Kits store to buy two pizzas: an 18-inch and a kids’ cheese pizza. When I was about to pay, I noticed that the kids’ pizza (10-inch) was priced at $20, the same as a 14-inch Margherita pizza. I pointed out that there must be a mistake since the kids’ pizza is smaller and should be cheaper, but the staff didn’t respond.
To get better value, I decided to change my order to the 14-inch pizza instead. After paying, I checked the prices online and saw that the kids’ pizza was listed at $15.99. I went back to cancel my order, but the lady at the counter was on the phone for a long time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to cancel it before the order was ready.
When she finally got off the phone, I showed her the price discrepancy. She simply said, “I don’t know, maybe something is wrong with the system,” and carried on. She didn’t apologize or offer any resolution. Because of the system error, I felt forced to buy a larger pizza.
I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and have always ordered online, so this was my first time dealing with their service in person. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired.

For my son’s beach birthday party, we decided to support an independent pizza business instead of ordering from a large chain, and I definitely recommend it.
Ordering online was super easy, the pizza came quickly, and the order was accurate. The pizza was very reasonably priced, delicious authentic style, and toppings plentiful. Both kids and adults ate it happily. I really appreciated the variety of vegetarian and vegan pizzas available.
Note that the 18” pizzas are like the ones they sell by the slice - huge! You can get them to cut the pizza into 16 slices instead of 8. Also you can request the kids pizzas in any size.
Yasin, the delivery person, was very polite, patient, and gracious when the address I gave him was actually for three different buildings 250m apart near the beach (I didn’t know!) and we could not find each other.
Birthday parties for young kids are a lot of work. Getting pizza from Reggiano’s was the least stressful part of my...
