One of the worst lunch places ive experienced in a very long time.first off when placing order the counter staff screwed that up beyond belief the order i placed was for a pizza sub on toasted four cheese bun and a meat lover not toasted on four cheese bun what i was presented with was a meatball sub toasted on white bun and a ham and cheese on a toasted white bun when i pointed out the error the counter girl just shrugged her shoulders and said well do you want them or what ?? As i was short on time and my freind and I were hungry I just said well if your not going to make what i ordered i guess i have no choice i was shocked when the staff said "your right you have no choice so what you want on them" i wont go into anymore painful details but 4 of the 6 items i requested put on the sandwiches i was told they didnt have or had sold out of (this was 5 pm on a friday night and they were open until 11 pm) and when i went to pay i asked if i got a discount for the order being wrong to which i was told are you kidding you got two sandwichs and youll pay for both she then rang it up on the till charging me EXTRA for extra cheese which was never asked for nor put on the order. I put a ten dollar bill on the counter which was slightly more than what two basic sandwiches cost grabbed my items and walked out. Read moreI visited the Subway at Marine Drive Station on October 5th, 2024, and ordered a footlong tandoori sandwich. While eating the second half of the sandwich, I discovered hard, stone-like substances inside. This happened 2-3 times, and I spit out the pieces, only realizing after I finished the sandwich that these were not edible.
When I returned to the store to express my concern, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior from an employee named Harsh. He denied responsibility, suggested the substances were not from Subway, and even implied that I might be trying to commit fraud, simply because I had finished the sandwich before complaining. This was insulting and unacceptable. Additionally, no receipt was provided to me when I asked for it, which added to my frustration.
I asked for footage of the incident and was told the manager wasn’t available and that I should come back on a weekday. No resolution was offered, no refund was provided, and I was made to feel like my legitimate complaint was not taken seriously. As a paying customer, I expect better standards of food safety and customer service.
This experience not only ruined my meal but also raised serious concerns about food contamination at this location. I urge others to be cautious when eating here and I hope management will take this...
Read moreWent during lunch time on a Saturday. They must be quite short-staffed as there was only one employee working. Despite this, our experience was quite pleasant. When we arrived, they were already helping out 2 customers. They were quite friendly, had an efficient system with multi-tasking between making the bread, taking orders, toasting the sandwiches, adding the toppings, and taking payment. It helped that the customers were all fairly patient and respectful (there were quite a few more who came in after). It wasn't the quickest service but the employee definitely did their best and had a great attitude overall. Some of the ingredients didn't seem the freshest but that's been my experience with all of the Subways...
