Im dont expect much from Tims to begin with, but this location seems to have some serious ownership or upper management issues. The staff are undertrained and stressed out because of it. The employee seeming to be the team lead or manager was arguing with the others and all four employees seemed to be burnt out. The staff had shut off and cleaned the grill, packed up most food, and locked the washroom almost 2 hours before close (i arrived at 9:30 and it closed at 11). The staff said they couldn’t serve what I’d ordered because they had shut off the grill and such. This may be a good time to mention that the smoke from cleaning the grill had filled the entire restaurant and people were coughing, clearly something to be cleaned after closing the store and not while people sit and choke. Anyway, they made me some alternative and I’m pretty sure hey over charged for the substitution, but I’m not one to argue with people who aren’t paid enough to begin with. Ive visited this location before and its usually unclean and not the best environment but in the past I assumed it was due to the bus loop traffic. After todays experience I can tell there are clear issues with training and staff compensation, really just feel bad for the staff. Owners need to step up!!

Read moreOkay so I went in yesterday evening 930-9:50pm and stood in line for a couple of minutes. Placed an order for myself and 3 friends 4 beverages, 3 sandwiches and a wrap and was interrupted by the supervisor. She said " We have no food" 😐 We all laughed, took it as a joke. She wasn't joking- no food available. We were shocked and upset as we were hungry and looking forward to chilling out and filling up our belly. I saw a tray of bagels and said well we can just order some bagels then, the supervisor put the tray away and said " no bagels" I didn't understand why we were being denied food. So we decided to just order our drinks and sit down and observe if others were also being ill treated. Sure enough atleast 15 customers were told the same thing.
We were finishing up our drinks and waiting for the cab It was about 10:45pm and a staff shouted from behind the counter "Closing soon, you all need to leave" A young lady sitting alone said you close at 11pm we don't have to leave till then. The supervisor came out and said " You guys need to go we are closing " guided all of us out and locked the door!
We waited in the cold for the cab!!!!! HORRIBLE STAFF NO FOOD LACK OF SERVICE RECEIVED KICKED OUT...
Read moreThis lady took my order and there are few of us waiting for our order. She did not even say or announce that it is my cinnamon twist that she put on the table. The lady before me took it and brought it to her table. She realized it's not hers and went back at the front. This cashier handed it to me and I said I want a new one because someone else already touch it. She said "she just touched the bag". How will she know?!!! She was unhappy to give me a new one. I went on to watch her and she just put the old one back in the donut case for sale. 🙈 There are 3 ladies working at this time and a woman with a bit of english came in to order for her drink. One lady is really sweet and patient with her. Unfortunately the lady who originally helped me (girl in the photos) was laughing at them. Disgusting! These 3 employees are now living and working here in Canada, you should speak in English while working you know! Respect to the customers. All the was just are chatting and no one even dared clean the tables and checked on the garbage while there is no one at...
