Sultan Market Grill is truly one of those rare gems you’re lucky to discover. It’s a wonderful blend of a market, store, and grill, with a few cozy side tables for those who want to enjoy their food on the spot. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the service is simply top-notch.

I originally found Sultan Market Grill through Uber Eats, and I was immediately impressed. Every single time I placed an order, they followed my notes perfectly and went out of their way to accommodate any special requests. That level of attention and care is so rare, especially with delivery orders.

Recently, I had the chance to visit in person for the first time and brought my mom along. I was so happy to see that the same quality, freshness, and outstanding service I received through delivery was just as strong in-store. The food is incredibly authentic, fresh, and flavorful without any of those strange or overly complex spices you sometimes find elsewhere. Just simple, honest, delicious food.

The market side is also well-stocked, with prices that are more reasonable than many other similar stores in the city. It’s clear that the owners care deeply about both their food and their customers. They’re kind, honest, and genuinely warm people, which only adds to the experience.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience here was awful. From the moment we walked in, the staff was dismissive and unfriendly. We were barely greeted, and when we asked a simple question about the menu, the server rolled their eyes and responded with an attitude.This restaurant should be shut down by the City of Vancouver due to its unsanitary and unhealthy food. The quality is unacceptable, and it poses a risk to customers’ health. I strongly urge health inspectors to investigate and take action...

I tried the BBQ mix kebab & shish tawook platter. The quantity was so perfect, the platter was full of sides (hummus, salad, grilled tomato, potato etc) each & every item was amazing. Then the Kebab, Masha Allah they are the best I have ever tried, so juicy & flavourful. And all these are just for $19 something!! What an amazing place, staffs were amazing, food & also the drinks (I tried 2)...
