Went in today to order my coffee & two 'everything twists'. Cashier tells me they only have 4 Cheese. I point out two of the items from the glass case. Cashier removed them from the case and YELLS at me that they're discontinued. OK, but that's not my fault & don't SCREACH at me cuz head office removed my favorite item. I walked out. I've been a regular here for over six months as I'm healing from an injury & gets me out of the house. I take a seat, I'm quiet and clean up.my space when I'm done.
Not only do I cleanup my space but I pick up other people's trash & empty the two containers at the east window that fill (overfill) with water when the windows leak! I let the cashier's know I've emptied the trays so the containers don't overfill and leave a trail of water from south side of building to middle of seating area. So far you've been lucky no one has slipped on your floors - and saved your workers an extra job - it's not hard but I've never seen anyone contribute.
I sure don't expect to get yelled at when Timmy's discontinued a product. This woman yells her whole time she's at work - the young cashier's have to put up with her overbearing attitude - and what seems like bullying (it's not in English so can't be sure). And it's never a quick 3 - 5 minute scolding - it's always a half hour - and embarrassing for the workers. I don't care how long she's worked at Timmy's she needs to learn how to deal with coworkers & customers!
I may not be back at this shop even though it's so close to many of my medical appointments. Me and my fractured pelvis will walk the extra five blocks to not get yelled at for a corporate decision - just make sure you clean up the stream of water on the east side of the seating area - and don't force the young and pleasant girls clean up the water!
I'm really disappointed because this was one of the nicer & more calm Timmy's to just chill out for 15 to 20 minutes before an appointment or...
Read moreThere were two incidents that happened to me at this Tim Hortons. The first incident, I bought a bagel with cream cheese and when I arrive to work, opened it up. No cream cheese and I paid extra for it. Second incident, ordered a Chicken Ceasar wrap. It wasn't busy. After the people who ordered ahead of me took their order and left, the Asian lady who was making the sandwiches... tossed the wrap in the counter, looked at me.. yelled out WRAP!. I took it... looked inside and it has egg in it. It's a breakfast wrap. Told the lady it was the wrong order. She blamed me for taking the wrong order. Whats even worse, she decided to give it to another customer. The customer declined and said he wants a new one. It's covid time and you thought it was a smart idea to give a touched wrap to another customer? This is the worse Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The service is terrible. My advice, take the customer's name down. Anyone can take it off the counter. She didn't identify what kind of sandwich/wrap is labeled on the item. Don't go here. The sandwich lady is an unorganized mess and tosses orders on the counter.. and expects you to know it's yours then blames it on you if it's not. not...
Read moreTo the head department office,
I just bought today Feb.8,2024 a medium coffee with 3 creams but I ask extra cream on side to put in a cup even i don't mind to pay another that cup. But the person who is a cashier incharge is a manager she said that I need to pay also my extra cream that i ask which she give me 3 creams is $1.50 her reason why i need to pay because the cream is so expensive that's why and also it's from head department office rules came out few days ago. And I ask if could get a proof on that rules but she said she doesn't have its from head office only. I just felt rude everytime or everyday and around 7years as costumer from them experienced is horrible. My concern she charge me on that extra cream which I called other branch after said that it shoudn't charge for that cream and there's no new rules from head department about charging extra cream. For example if I ask 10creams in my coffee should you charge extra money? I was ask to buy that coffee but honestly I personally I don't wanna buy anymore from tim hortons coffee. I attached my receipt to see you...
