But no! You need to be arrogant about it, that’s a big problem for a business owner. I been in the food industry for 16 years and I can’t stand this tipe of attitude, have u eat at your restaurant recently?!?! For example, I take the lamb dish, the rice was overlooked and the consistently was mushy, that means you keep it pre cook rice in a pan in the fridge (in this case you need to cook the rice half way otherwise when u warm it up it overcook) or u keep it in a warmer unit and the steam will overcook the rice, in case they prepare it fresh I’m sorry to inform you that they are failed the basics. The lamb…lamb it’s a difficult tipe of meat to prepare, mine was tough and dry and ended up having a rubbery texture, that happens when the meat after being cooked is taken out of they’re juice and cooled down or when u use chef Mike (microwave) in case the meat is stored in a warmer unit still in there liquid that means that u need to cook that pore animal a little more, lamb meat it gets soften after minimum 1:30 / 2 hours, your can bring the prep time to 45 with a good pressure pot, then the seasoning have to be done it 12 to 20 hours before using the product and needs to be vacuum sealed. The vegetables used for garnish the plat where hold, tested bitter and frizzy that happen when you use products after the indicate date establish from food safe standards (vegetables 2/3 days ) And this is just my plate, we order 4 different things and the best that I had was the water.

Loved his positive, kind and uplifting attitude. He always had a smile on his face checked up on us and got the most appetizing food straight to us without any delays. He also accommodated my dietary needs without any hesitation. Never ever have we got such an amazing service by a host at any restaurant. I ordered take out of 12 people, first of all it was late because we already told them that we have a flight to catch and even if we forget that how can you forget the worst service which makes you feels like a vomiting. The server at the front was ever charge us for the complimentary disposable spoon and plates and not even that she called someone and asked about the price of napkins like seriously my god, If guys can not provide the disposable which every restaurant do just next time put everything directly in customers mouth So disappointed service.
