Like how bad can you make an experience at a pizza store but the girl on the phone was so rude so arrogant just not whatsoever wanted to help just decline everything I said and did it was so simple over a few dipping sauces. She took her to the moon and back and I just kinda said it really sucks but I’m missing my sauce And the earful that I got from this arrogant employee was dropped on the stuff that she said to me over dipping sauce I can imagine what really happens when it’s something really serious but honestly to take a small thing and take it to the moon and back you guys need to do some serious training with your staff and how you talk to people someone just says politely missing this and they explode as if it’s like a reaction opposed to a response Get your stuff together guys at the pizza store. It’s a pizza store and she accuse me of like being too cheap for like a dollar I’m like I paid for X amount and never received them. I’m just trying to follow up but then she declined it and said I was wrong anyhow you better guys just such a poor and then didn’t wanna give me names like her name whatever I might just anyway just an awful Awful experience. Avoid this place at holocaust just angry people angry stuff like honestly if you’re gonna be like that don’t work with people get a job in the warehouse but one person comes up to get pizza and a simple stuff and that’s the explosion you get yeah unnecessary unnecessary People don’t care but what’s gonna happen in a couple years nobody cares and you won’t have a job then you’re gonna care you take the simplest thing to the moon and back when it wasn’t necessary just because you’re having a bad day for whatever reason doesn’t mean you take it out. I called this location told them my name and phone number to not make my $29 order and gave all details , since there was no option showing cancel oder on uber eat right after even in 1 min confirm order. After giving this store not my order pizza, girl working from desk confirmed they will not make this order. I order after at fraser location close to my home and went there to pickup my order. Chat with uber , they mentioned 818 broadway completed this order by their end, so your ordered was completed. After explaining to them , it was mistaken order their location and no option to cancel on app. So called store and gave all details to not make order. Uber eat mentioned they can not do anything because store completed order their end. So Money will to this store. . Called next day this store 818 w broadway store, she mentioned , we don't know anything go to uber eat and ask for refund. And uber mentioned store completed order money goes to them. Manager Girl working on this store mentioned she will call back next day asking person who worked that shift. No call 2nd day.
So .. Store didn't make oder and completed order in papers. Mine was only $29 which they don't care . And I didn't call back after 3rd day chasing $29 . But regret giving business this kind of stores.
Please make sure very careful , if order on uber eat big amount and if it wrong pickup adress by mistake , cancel order won't show and your money will be gone. Unless you go miles...

Unfortunately, the Fiesta Feast was unavailable on the display, so I requested to prepare my order to avoid going hungry. She refused and asked me to cancel the order. I couldn't cancel, so I raised my concern.
She also claimed I was rude, which I denied. She mentioned that the cameras have audio and would ask the manager to check the recording. I am eager to see the video with audio to know the facts. When I was about to complain, she agreed to prepare my order. She then explained that the store doesn't have high sales, so they don't prepare all menu options, and that each store has different policies. Instead of arguing with me, she could have prepared and saved a customer's hunger.
I want to bring this matter to the manager's attention to address staff training and customer service. I've since seen reviews mentioning rudeness from night shift employees. I request a resolution, including an apology from the employee and improved customer service training.
