I got the worst service from this Tim Holton. I ordered breakfast, but she only received sandwiches. I told her I wanted to order a combo. I also ordered a cold brew. She made her own vanilla cream cold brew without confirming my order. I told her I ordered a regular cold brew. She asked me curtly if I had seen the menu on the screen i ordered. I said sorry to her about I didn't see that. She said in an annoying tone, "Make sure to watch the screen where you take orders next time." Is it really my fault that I couldn't see the screen and she got the wrong order? I didn't say a word of vanilla cream. Wouldn't anyone be angry if she listened not be careful and said it was wrong because the guest didn't look at the screen? She was curt throughout the process of taking orders and making them and had a knack for offending people.
She gossiped about me with a colleague while making my new drink. Is this possible? I was so angry with her and asked her if the price of vanilla cold brew and regular cold brew were different, and she was very rude behavior gave me a receipt saying the price was the same. How can you tell if the customer is vanilla cold brew or regular cold brew by looking at this receipt? I told her that if the customer made the order and was confused, she should check the order again. I saw her taking coffee orders from another customer she checked again about his order. Why didn't you confirm my order? Does she discriminate against customers? She looked at me dumbfounded and said "I'm sorry" and went somewhere else. Does it make sense that She’s going even though I'm talking to her? Who goes away in the middle of a conversation? I was so angry and asked another employee if the manager or the supervisor worked, and he said he didn't have it. He said the manager only works on Sundays and Mondays in the morning. How can there be no one in charge at that time?
It's the first time I've ever had such a service like this, even though I live in Canada and went so many Tim Holton. I mean, all Tim Holton employees don't treat customers like Sandeep. When I go to Timholton in North van and order the same thing, the staff ask me what kind of drink I want and what size I want. They also ask me if it's just regular cold brew or vanilla cream when I order cold brew. Then he always comes to me and gives me drinks and food or tells me what the food is. But she didn't. She took the wrong order and blamed it on the customer and behaved rudely to the end. She is not professional. When I left the store, a customer who came out with me told me that they always take the wrong order. It happens all the time. As Sandeep said, the order is always wrong because the customers didn't look at the monitor. She's the worst Tim Holton employee I've ever seen. I like and love Tim Holton food, but I think it will be changed because of her. I am one of the many guests she meets, but to me, her behavior is Tim Holton's...
Read moreThe worst customer service EVER! It was a terrible experience. I explained, when I was ordering that I had never been to resteraunt before OR to this country, so I was unsure what to order. The female behind the counter walked away. Another female walked over took my order. I asked about tea. She rambled off a lists of tea very quietly and annoyed that I asked what kind of tea they had. I recognized chi, so i ordered that. Not knowing it would be a tea bag. She walked away ans came back and told me to put my card in. There was literally no one else ordering. She walked away and never gave me my receipt.
She said quietly roast beef. I picked it up. I sat quietly, tired and hungry and realized my fries were cold. The tea too hot to drink or to even hold.
I wasn't gonna say anything. The male came to the register. I told him about the fries. He said ok. I asked for a cup of ice for the tea and for ranch dressing for the fries. He just started ringing things up. I said, if ranch is not a dipping option please give me ketsup unless that costs. I went to give him a quarter, because I was not going to charge ten cents to my card. He said no. I did understand it was a different currency. So I'll just drink my tea way later. the roast beef had more bread then meat.
I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST PPL COME HERE. CUSTOMER...
Read moreUNFORTUNATELY!!! After todays afternoons bad service I have to rate this branch ONE star. I ordered my dinner, a wrap and potatoe wedges at 5,09 p.m. hoping that 15 minutes for preparation would be enough for the workers. When I arriverd at the branch, at 5,25 p.m. my wrap was already prepared and I have been told, that potatoes will be ready in 10 minutes. I have been immediately offered a refund, without me asking for it. Since it was my dinner, I decided to wait. The wedges finally arrived, at 5,32! My question is, is this normal, that a worker prepares part of a meal that is expected to be warm, long time before the rest of it is even cooked? Is this how this branch really works? Or it is just the staff not doing their job well? This is definitely not a first time experiencing this. I think its also important to mention, that the branch had just two customers at that time, that only ordered drinks. Not to mention that one of them, an older man ordered a medium sized coffee and was given a small size. He asked to make sure thats it is what it is and the worker assured him its a medium size. I know it was a lie. I hope their MANAGER will read this and I honestly hope for an inprovement, since im regularly...
