Low Food quality and health concern issue and unacceptable behavior- was rude, disrespectful and insulting the customers.

Hi guys! My experience was bad and terrible with the Vancouver veggie Pizza located on Main street. Even, my friends and collogues had experienced the same. Any food from this pizza store is not recommended due to low food quality and health concern issue. So please do not buy any food from this pizza store and please do not recommend this pizza place to anyone due to the poor quality of food they provide and unacceptable behavior towards customers. Personally, this pizza store do not deserve a rating at all but I have to do so because this website doesn't allow me to post without rating.

I have ordered food from the Vancouver Veggie Pizza store on June 21, 2021. All the food items that I received are sour tasted and the sauce doesn't taste good at all and felt like the food is not freshly made it is hard and the store is not too far from my place I live for the food not to be fresh. To have a second opinion, I ask my friend to taste the food, even my friend finds the same.

I am very disappointed and I called the restaurant immediately to complaint about food but the store was closed by then. From June 22, 2021 to till date I spoke with three different people who work at the pizza store their names are Rajvir, Simran and Sukwinder(Manager) and told my concern regarding the poor quality of food that I have received and mentioned that I bring the food as a proof of evidence. But none of them where bothered about my complaint and was rude, disrespectful and insulted me.

The business owner didn't even responded and I don't know if it is normal for them to receive complaints from the customers. I wonder how these people got their business license and continuing their business with this unacceptable behavior towards customers and providing this low quality and under rated food.

It is seriously a health concern and someone from public health department and food inspection agency has to take action on it and close this pizza store immediately for not following the health standards. These kind of under rated food business are dangerous should not be encouraged and it should stop running their business for not having proper work ethics, not providing the quality service, not being responsible and not providing quality food to customers.

I have reported this issue to the relevant officials and thought this information would be helpful to the people who buy food from this pizza store and sharing my experience publicly.

So please be cautious about this pizza store that provides low quality food and their unacceptable behavior...

Ordered from this place using DoorDash. They messed up my order and prepared only one pizza when I had ordered two, and my order clearly stated 2-for-1 (how do you mess that up??) After calling them to rectify the situation, the woman I spoke with could barely understand what I was saying. She didn't even seem aware that it's possible to order from them via DoorDash. After repeating the issue several times for her, she then kept insisting there's nothing she can do, even though it was her mistake in the first place, and to contact the driver. Clearly the driver had nothing to do with the mistake, so I ended up contacting DoorDash via customer support and they were able to rectify the situation, so 5 stars for DoorDash.

I would give this store 0 stars if possible. The pizza itself is so-so but not worth the price for quality and size. Fries were disgusting. You're better off ordering from somewhere else like Fresh Slice on...

Today I have purchased one large pizza . I had some health issues the food was not cooked well and the veggies weren’t good . The lady who made the pizza was cleaning the floor and then immediately went to put the pizza in a box without washing her hands .She was extremely rude n I strongly want them to take health n safety steps because I had stomach upset after eating the pizza.Also, the person who was at front desk refused to give me ketchup.
