Been ordering these pizza pies for almost 30 years, long before his disaster of a website and the one time "loyalty card" and other than the price going up and the toppings inching closer and closer to the middle of the pie leaving a huge outer edge crust, it is still delicious. 35 bucks for a pie delicious? Yes but not for long. If it ever hits 40, I'm out. The place is run very Seinfeldian Soup Nazi-esque. Hell, Leo even called me once and asked if I was "coming to get the pizzas or not?" I appreciate his hustle and craft to the pizza arts. He always needs 45 min, so I give him the 45 mins and am never late so he must have been in the mood to bust a move that day. Sometimes I get a little food poisoning from their seafood topped pizzas (anchovies, smoked salmon but especially the prawns which I know ain't local spot prawns) but as I have said to friends and family before....it's worth the risk. Probably safer ordering in the Winter months so the temperature outside when dragging these pies home doesn't ravage the seafood. One of the best pizzas I have ever had on earth. Top 3. Go try one before he calls you and gives you shit.

Simply the best pizza I've ever had. As others have mentioned, the toppings and crust is on-point. Looking at what you get for the price it may not seem like much. Trust me, it hits the spot. It's gourmet pizza after all. As a first timer picking up the pizza from this shop, I requested sauce for the crust and the response was "we don't use that around here." I was caught off guard as I have always used sauce for my pizza crusts. I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. After getting to the crust, I couldn't have agreed more. This was the only pizza crust I've ever had that I could confidently say the crust is delicious down to the very last bite. The Greek salad was also one of the best I've had. A tad on the pricier side however, well worth the price paid. A hidden pizza gem in the Shaughnessy neighbourhood. BTW. This place accepts cash only.

Probably the most delicious pizza I've had in Vancouver! The crust is light and fluffy with crunchy outer layer. The topings are fresh and authentic. Hot Italian (see my picture) is my go to item in the menu but the others are delicious too! Apart from the taste, you won't feel like heavy in your stomach after having this pizza. It's very nice, and the small size has the right amount to it for one person. I'd buy more if they accepted cards, but it's still totally worth the trouble.

I'm upset I didn't find out about this place sooner. It is by far amongst the best pizza in the city. maybe even the best. As far as greek style pan pizza goes, Zaccary's wins hands down. flaky and crispy on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside. The tomato sauce is perfect and the mozzarella is of an excellent quality.

The pizza didn't get soggy throughout the meal like most places and I didn't feel like garbage after eating it. What a satisfying and refreshing pizza... clearly made with pride and love.

Cash only, open sometimes, 5pm start, one guy making the pies for 30 years.... all signs of an amazing pizza joint. Nostimo.

Edit; I don't like to leave perfect reviews, so I must say, while the pizza is absolutely amazing, the price is probably the highest I've ever paid for a pizza. a large cheese and large pepperoni came to 58 dollars. They are only 14" too. So for one pizza with no toppings and another with only one..... I wouldn't say it's worth the price, even if it is some of the best...
