Update to their response:
We were at the restaurant for half an hour tops and left as soon as we got our remaining order - so I dont believe extended period that you referred to applies. There was no politeness in how the chef approached us at all. All he said was can you keep ‘her’ down ppl are complaining sternly. Like she was a speaker volume and not a human. You’re misstating that they ever asked if I was with her or if everything was okay. I wouldve gladly left to make it comfortable for others should it have been a polite request. Also she was right next to me we came in together so ofcourse we were together. Just you stating here that ‘no effort was made to calm or soothe her’ is so condescending as if people other than childrens parents know best or can judge how well or how little effort has been made to calm the child. Its a comment on a mothers parenting and style is in itself very disrespectful. I can assure you no parent needs to learn from others how to manage or discipline their child. Every child and parent has their own way to manage and calm their child. There was no need either for continuous staring collectively by the staff making an already difficult situation for a parent so much more difficult. All individuals including children need to be dealt with respect as customers. I would really reinforce respecting customers both adults and children.
Original review:
Ate here a few weeks ago with my little one to cheer her up she had just had an x ray and was not feeling her best screaming often. The male chef approached us sternly to say customers are complaining and I should keep her down. As I tried to calm her and looked up - multiple times the entire staff esp the male chef were staring looking right at us as if wanting us to leave ASAP. I signed to get the check, left and ate the rest of the meal in the car. One of the worst experiences Ive had at a restaurant. Zero compassion. My mind went to autistic or differently abled children who are often loud and what a disappointment it is if we are not inclusive and...
Read moreHonestly the food is good. I totally feel like the AI images on the menu is a detriment to the overall brand image. It makes it look so cheap and does not reflect the food at all so why bother? I would prefer a menu without any images than seeing poorly represented dishes because the shop wouldn’t invest in proper photography. While I was looking at their menu on google , at first it made me question the credibility of this restaurant because of the AI images. Seeing the physical menu was exactly the same. It’s fine to use one or two but filling your entire menu book with AI images that do not help the customers, negates its purpose.
And if you’ve specifically written on the menu that image is not accurate, what’s the point? The images used are ugly and unappetizing.
I feel like they’re going more for the unexpected surprise because the food itself is much better than the images. The pancakes are my favourite since it’s light with a crisp edge. The serving is quite big and super filling. The process of ordering is difficult because as a new diner of this place it’s hard to visualize what I’m actually going to get. Not everyone is savvy and actually refer back to google just to see photos and in my opinion, it just takes away from the dining experience
As a diner in these times of rising costs, I am more critical of things being represented accurately because let’s face it, nobody wants to be catfished especially when it comes to the food. A small investment in the marketing would go a long way. Now I know what to expect for next time and will come back. My review is out of love and would really like this...

I recently visited Eggs Morning Brunch in Thornhill, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The place has a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a great spot for a relaxed breakfast or brunch.
I ordered the Meat Lover Brunch, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion size was generous, and everything on the plate was cooked to perfection. The bacon was crispy, the sausages were flavorful, and the ham was juicy and tender. The eggs were cooked just the way I like them, and the side of toast and hash browns complemented the meal perfectly. The flavors were well-balanced, and you could tell that the ingredients were fresh and high-quality.
Service was also top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, our food arrived quickly, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable.
Another big plus is the cozy ambiance and clean dining area. Whether you’re looking for a hearty breakfast or a casual brunch with friends and family, Eggs Morning Brunch is a fantastic choice. I will definitely be coming back to try more items from their menu.
If you’re in the Thornhill area and craving a satisfying and delicious brunch, I highly recommend giving this place a...
