I had hoped to never have to do this but I need to speak my mind. It seems the more and more I eat here I start to notice so many glaring issues. I really just don't know how to explain it, so I am just going to start. It seems this restaurant constantly forgets stuff on delivery items such as the tempura sauce for the gyoza (gotta eat dry gyoza) or the wasabi, ginger and soy sauce (gotta eat plain sushi). I find it hard to imagine that you guys forget the most basic and important items when it comes to delivery. It also seems that the quality has gone down as well. What used to be filling gyozas are now just a battered shell with a tiny bit of meat. My last batch I questioned if there was any meat at all. The sushi and sashimi get smaller. One day you get a nice big piece of salmon, the other day it's super tiny. The consistency is just so off. The wonton soup will one day have a flavorful broth and another time it will taste like water. This use to be my spot but I just can't support this anymore. It's sad because it was so close to home and reasonably priced but I am going to have to find...
Read moreThe food while fresh was bland, not tasty, and not much better than mall take out quality. The salad had a very thin watered down dressing, one of the worst Japanese sushi restaurants salads that I ever had The sushi boat that we ordered had very plain sushi and small sashimi The waitresses brought out one miso soup and one salad even though there was two of us. Considering we were paying over $50 for a sushi boat, she should of brought us two, although for the lousy taste of salad, it was not a problem to not have the extra salad. Usually a waiter would bring an extra salad or miso if there are two people sharing a sushi boat, but apparently they could not be bothered.
I really did not enjoy this meal at all, and I will not be going back to this restaurant, and I would not recommend to try...
Read moreWhat an absolute disgrace. Thought the amount of food was a joke 9 slices of salmon, some pieces of dry white fish and crab sticks apparently was worth over 33 dollars and their shrimp and and vegetable tempura ad 25 dollars were two shrimps, one piece of asparagus, one piece of broccoli and one piece of eggplant served with some brown rice. On top of that a delivery fee of 7 dollars, tax and tip and you pay 75 dollars for the most disgraceful excuse of sushi I have ever seen. What an absolute disrespect for a customer. Not ever will I go here again. Sano sushi was closed hence this...
