I've been to this place a few times and every single time is an. Issue. They do not have good customer service, coming from someone who works at a different food place .. I've ordered the egg and tempeh bacon bagel combo alot of times and the first time they forgot the egg. I was on my way to work and I find out at work there was no egg I go in the next time and the girls were like oh I didn't take your order so come in when the girls are working - I explained I couldn't as I work 2 jobs and come in when I can. The mext time as I keep complaining about this. They say call in and I'll get compensated. Never happened. They're incredibly chincy on their food for a vegan restaurant. I got the tacos and there was only vegan chickn In one and the tiniest little crumb of it. I called in. And the girl remembered me. And shes like oh next time u come in I'll show you what it looks like. I say ok because I'm trying to be nice. Also every single time I've been in their coffee machine has been broken (how does a vegan food place have broken coffee machine down for a month!!??! They should get it fixed. I go in. Today ask for the same thing. Combo, just egg and tempeh bagel combo! And the new guy looks and says it's still broken but he can do teas and then says he can do a chai tea latte. So I say ok. As it apparently comes w the combo. I get no hashbrowns. Usually comes with two and my bagel and coffee (this time tea latte) seriously don't get how this place is still open !!???? TERRIBLE customer service and. I've even paid for a combo yet he gives me no hashbrowns. I go to leave and find that out before I even get to my car and go complain the girl comes up w him and says just give the hashbrowns. I got one which was rediculous. Paid the whole combo and then get one. I finally get to work and I see only a tiny sprinkle of lettuce!! On the bagel. How do people even make the food good!? I honestly think this will be the last time I ever come here. My work would just redo the whole thing and give it to you for free. Like any other food place. ..

This further drives home my point that this place is all about short term gains and care nothing about their customers. Happy to edit comment again if I actually receive any sort of response.
Original post: You can have 2 stars, because the burger was enjoyable, and store and location is great. But we will not be returning.
Came here because of their Copper Deluxe for $4 offer on Nov 3 evening. We asked about the offer and the cashier told us that we can only order 1 burger offer per order, and that was because head office/manager said they were losing money/selling out of stuff because so many people ordered it this morning. We asked if we could just order separately and he said no.
So we ordered the 1 burger and a sweet potato cube, and then we left to go to A&W to get food for the rest of the family.
Copper Branch/store manager, it's honestly not my fault that your marketing campaign has brought customers into your store, and made money/future business for you. This is the 3rd day of your campaign and it's not a free burger; you're getting something to cover your costs, drive store traffic, and gain upsell potential. My family and I came to spend some money for our dinner here tonight, try your burger, some sides and drinks, and perhaps enjoy it so much that we'd come back regularly.
But it's about the principle of things, and we feel misled upon coming to your store. What we see is that you care only about your profits, and only in the short term, and clearly don't understand the point of a promotional offer/marketing campaign.
Also, you have a rewards program but have no information about rewards redemption online, or in the app, nor the ability to order from your app as advertised on your door.

‐--------‐----------------------------------------------------------- I didn't want to write this review but I feel its necessary for the managers and owners for feedback for improvement. I've been going to this location since it opened. The staff have always been nice and the food has been great.
My concern is two-fold and it continues to happen over approximately the past 6 months. I order pickup through the copper branch app and I will even provide a grace time after the pickup time mentioned. Frequently the order wasn't ready and most of the time not even started when I entered. I get it we are in a pandemic and I'm very understanding but no point including a pickup time or ordering online. It was also never busy on all those occasions and the order wasn't even looked at or started.
The other concern is the amount of food in the order has significantly decreased. I usually order the bowls and they use to be filled 3/4 to full in the takeout boxes. Now, they are half filled at best. To provide more of a visual, my most recent order was a deflated bowl with two mini florets of broccoli...yes 2 tiny pieces.
There is another location I use near my work and I've never experienced the concerns I mentioned. I'm slowly but surely losing my patience with this close to home copper branch.
