Just visited this store today with my families consisting of 10 people (consisting of toddlers and Seniors) and had the worst customer services I’ve experienced. The first 5-10 minutes we asked for about 5-6 samples so that we can confirm our orders of 8. The associates that helped us were very rude and impatient often asking if we can order yet while we were on our 3rd sample asked. With so many options and so many members to order for it isn’t that easy. At once point she rudely asked CAN we order yet but we ignored her and asked for another 2-3 samples making a total of 6 samples asked. When we finally made our orders of 7 ( 15 minutes later) even though my family members and I spoke among ourselves that we should order 8. We got charged 8 orders instead of 7 by the serving associate. When asking for a refund for the overcharged the associate that served said it was our fault that SHE charged us 8 orders because she overheard our conversation? This makes ZERO sense, why would you charge us based on what you overheard your customer’s conversation and not what you actually provided the customer? How is it the customer’s fault if the server entered the charge based on what he/she heard (ears drop) instead of what the ACTUAL order? She did ended up refunding the overcharge amount but as she was processing the refund she kept “sighing” and rudely mumble something in her native language. Read moreNow after reading the reviews regarding stinginess and customer service, I can now understand. I’ve been going here for over 11yrs spending $20 each time because my wife and kids love ice cream. My 3yr old daughter made the mistake of picking the wrong ice cream and I asked if there was anything they could do. Unfortunately the owner was not willing to make any concessions albeit my bill was already $20. Sure my daughter made a mistake but as a small business owner myself, it’s important to maintain a happy local customer base. Conversely if a second chance was given, this review would easily have been 5 stars. I will not be going back here, there are other Baskin Robbins and alternatives in the Vellore Village area and surrounding area. It’s just too bad a wrong decision for $4 was made that resulted in losing a 11yr long customer and years of what would have been guaranteed revenue.

They realized my wife’s favourite flavour was no longer in stock. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Sushma. This man went personally to pick up my wife’s favourite flavour. I was highly impressed. I will ensure this is my location I go to, Located at 3737 Major Mackenzie Road. Guys he was an absolute gentleman and is willing to make his customers number one. I am in a similar service style business and I believe in the same beliefs that sushma does. My client is number one. I am just saying that I am highly impressed with they’re help and immediate response. I feel they will look after they’re customers which is what counts to me.
