We visited this Baskin Robbins location a week ago and ordered two single scoops of ice cream on cones. I noticed that the person (Indian guy), taking our order was handling the cone with his bare hands, which raised concerns about hygiene. When I asked him to change the cone, he did so but still held it with his bare hands instead of using a paper wrap or napkin to hold the bottom of the cone. This is poor hygiene practice, especially in a food service environment. Additionally, none of the staff were wearing face masks, even while talking over the ice cream cooler, which felt concerning given the proximity to the food being served. Cappuccino Oreo Blast – Extremely Disappointed!

I was really looking forward to enjoying a Cappuccino Oreo Blast, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. There was barely any flavor—just ice! After just a few sips, it became impossible to drink. We had to throw both drinks away at the park, even though the plan was to sit and enjoy them. It completely ruined the mood.

We paid $20 for what ended up in the trash. Honestly, it felt like the most expensive ice I’ve ever bought.
