Freshly Squeezed — Restaurant in Vaughan

The staff were great, however, my order was very disappointing. I ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice & freshly squeezed it was not. At home, I only drink orange juice that I make with oranges I buy. Never ever drink orange juice that are prepackaged. There's something about all those versions of orange juice that my body reacts to, even the best quality one can buy. This is why I produce freshly squeezed orange juice at home. Moving forward to my purchase of so called freshly squeezed orange juice from this place, i was very surprised when I began drinking it and started having reactions to their juice! I have had orange juice from different locations in the past and was always happy to actually have real orange juice. So, my body is telling me they're doing something different with the juice, diluting it for sure and definitely adding something else that my body is reacting to. They will not convince me otherwise. If it was real unaltered freshly squeezed orange juice I would've been fine. If changes are made, the public should be made aware, especially where allergies...

Unfortunately, Freshly Squeezed has been a big disappointment recently, not only at this branch. When I went to place an order for my daughter, I asked if they have a Taro drink that is NOT a slushy. He said yes and asked what size? I placed the order and asked for "less sugar please"which was acknowledged. I noticed when prepping the drink there was ice crushed which means he was making a slushy which I specifically did NOT want. I told him this. He said ok I'll water it down but what you want is a milk tea. I told him there is no Taro milk tea on your menu which is the reason I specifically asked if there's an option. Anyways, I picked up the drink and handed it to my daughter. When she was done, I had a sip and it was the SWEETEST drink I've had from a bubble tea shop (I buy bubble tea multiple times a week). I specifically asked for less sugar and I got the sweetest drink. Waste of $8. Not going back and definitely not recommending this...

The manager and his uneducated employees are so quick to grab your money and then they don't pay attention to you anymore. I ordered 3 bubble tease and after waiting 10 minutes they said sorry we gave your order to someone else by mistake ( it was busy at the time).so one of the employees again start making my order with extreme rush which reminded me of some comedy movies. he was working with no gloves in his hands and as I took a quick look behind the counter , fruit juice was dripping from his fingers to the juicer. I felt so bad and I was going to ask them to refund my money but it was so busy and I already had wasted a lot of time in there. at the end the bubble teas that I got were so tasteless and when I complained, the employee said you didn't ask for sugar and yoghurt to be mixed .I guess this is their responsibility to ask the customers what they want .
