A Secret Treasure in Vaughan. This Turkish Bakery is Phenomenal. Hands down my favourite bakery in Maple. Should be the gold standard for not only Turkish bakery but for any bakery. The owner is an absolute sweetheart. The place is super clean and organized. The smells that come from inside are divine. The Turkish sweets, especially the baklava is special. Ya the only downside is it has a small eating area and over all small space but they have everything you need. They have these stuffed breads, bagels, gozleme, rolls, baked goods and each has a uniqueness to it and taste profile. They have this flat bread (yufka) that whenever I think about it my mouth salivates. It’s a must that I grab a package of them anytime I see their signage. The prices are fair all around. And you gotta tell your customers about the ingredients how it's baked or prepared in English. The owner of the store must train the workers. Or print out about what they're selling. It's gonna help your marketing and increase the sales too. But please reconsider your pricing. It's very high man. One more thing, when I make my payments the post machine is asking for tips like 10%, 20% etc. I find this rude. Buying some snacks chocolate or bakery and asked for tips? This is not a restaurant.
