I have eaten at this restaurant for a number of years, always good food and service. Though, I have recently attended this restaurant and prices for the buffet sushi meal has increased substantially. I think that price point has now lesson the experience.
To break it down some, you order from a tablet and then server will confirm your order and will then bring you your food based on what you selected form the tablet on no set order, whatever is ready is what you get first and so on.
So service isn't really usually a big deal - very minimal exchange for costumers and servers. The food is basically endless from the items on the list from the tablet as long as you not taking anything home or leaving anything uneaten. Most "All you can eat Sushi Buffet's" have their ways to encourage you to leave. - In my experience, when you first sit down and order, everything comes pretty quickly - the longer you stay and make additional orders the longer it takes for your food to come. Eventually you begin to wonder if your getting everything you have order has come. I have experienced this in more than one Sushi Buffet restaurant.
So, in my opinion the cost I paid about $37 + drink and tip - close to $44 dollars per person was not worth experience anymore. I compare this too: I can order 100 pieces of sushi for around 80 dollars. In comparisons to my $43, I did not get good value for this cost.
When I start to look at $40 to $45 dollars for my meals, my expectations start to go much higher. My opinion is that this meal is not worth what I paid. (The Service was good (Buffet service), the food was good (not a lot of variety), atmosphere was nice and servers were friendly, BUT price was too much for what your getting.
On a good note about a Sushi roll I did order, the KAYAMONO ROLL, excellent roll, well worth a try if you want to try a new sushi roll.

Food Quality
The menu offers a wide variety of options, from sushi and sashimi to bento boxes and hot dishes like ramen and teriyaki. The sushi is exceptionally fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The specialty rolls, such as the Dragon Roll and Rainbow Roll, are standout choices, with a perfect balance of textures and tastes.
For hot dishes, the Chicken Teriyaki was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, while the Tempura was light, crispy, and not overly greasy. Their miso soup and seaweed salad are great starters to set the tone for a satisfying meal.
Service
The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations for first-time visitors. Despite being busy during peak hours, the service remains efficient, with minimal waiting times for orders.
Atmosphere
The restaurant has a relaxing and cozy vibe, making it perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. Whether you’re there for a quick lunch or a longer dinner with friends, the ambiance makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Read moreWhile the food was good the service had fallen short of our expectations. We had only received one dish from when we ordered. There were 3 of us. Our son was facing the kitchen and could see when our food was ready. It sat on the counter for close to a half hour. Even though they use an iPad to order and it keeps track of what we ordered, there were still items they forgot to bring and didn't bring what was ordered. We asked for 3 grilled shrimp skewers, they brought 2. When we brought it to their attention they brought tempora shrimp. They brought the missing mushrooms and cheese after they brought the dessert. They made a lot of mistakes and we waited too long for service. They didn't check on us for drinks. When asked for the manager, they didn't seem to want to speak to us. Although there was a man who wasn't in uniform that the staff was referring to for direction, he didn't seem to care enough to want to speak to us. They did offer a discount, but messed up the bill and charged for an extra drink. Overall the discount they offered only reduced the tax. Needless to say they lost out on any tip because the attitude that was demonstrated by the staff was indifference and they didn't seem remotely concerned about how 3 people were disappointed with their service. The restaurant was not very full or busy. I have eaten at quite a few restaurants as you can see in my other reviews, I would recommend Spring Sushi, Spoon and Fork or Wind. They raise the bar. They had more dessert options. The service at Spring Sushi, Wind and Spoon and Fork far exceed expectations compared to this restaurant that operates on the same model but completely disappointed us wth...
