KFC — Restaurant in Vaughan

Every single time I come here, there’s a group of 4-5 employees standing in a circle gossiping, and I have to interrupt them just to place an order. It’s absolutely ridiculous. On my last visit, I had to grab someone's attention, and when they finally came over, she told me to move aside for a staff member finishing their shift who wanted to order. Are you serious? So unprofessional and disrespectful!

I ended up using the machine to order, which I should’ve done in the first place, to avoid wasting time with employees who clearly don’t care about doing their job. Then, one of the workers asked for my name under the order, and it honestly felt like she was just trying to make things more uncomfortable for me. After that, the whole group went to the back to continue gossiping, leaving no one at the front to help customers.This is completely unacceptable. You don’t need five people standing around doing nothing. Hire staff who actually want to work!! Hate coming...

I would agree with the reviews here that this location makes excellent fried chicken- perfectly crisp, nicely seasoned, and not greasy. The service was also excellent overall. I pre-ordered a couple of times and they had the food ready at the expected time. Staff are very friendly, the place is very clean and well maintained. Sometimes there is no staff at the counter, so if you have questions you have to wait for someone to show up at the desk, and this is the only reason I give this place 4 stars out of 5. However I really like the way they cook the food, so I would still choose to pick up from this location...
