This is the absolute 'go to' place for not only cupcakes but cakes. Fancy cakes with designs and fondats often lack taste and quality but not Lavish. They are soooo yummy and worth every penny. Mostly though, I love their passion for what they do. They really care, they're always looking for new ways to do things and always following up to make sure you had a good experience. Check out their instagram from November 8, 2018 - that cakes with the Timmy's cups was for a family member of mine. I still can't believe they took every single little detail I gave them and created it even better than I could have imagined. Some of it they did without me asking because they wanted it to truly look special. I love when I find one place that cares. remember though... it takes TIME to have this type quality and service.... call them in advance as they're super popular for the right reasons and worth it! thank you Crissy and Sam for your passion and wonderful service. I can't wait for my next cake! and well... those cupcakes... I could pop them...

Horrible customer service you can probably make better cupcakes then these unprofessionals that own this bakery ... I have given these people a few chances to own up to their mistakes like they don’t call you back , they close earlier then what’s posted and now again no call back and the owner just laughs he really doesn’t care about any customers. His only response was he doesn’t even know me. I said what does that matter ... so my response was well you don’t need to as I am not coming back you just lost a customer and will post my expierence and tell my friends, family and his response was to laugh again and all he had to say was ok sweetheart .. how unprofessional .. who calls a customer sweetheart but not only that he did not once apologize and say how can I make this a better expierence .. lousy customer service they don’t even deserve one star I’d rate them...

My family and I had been loyal customers for many years as my sister is allergic to nuts but we recently had an experience that has lost us as customers permanently. We have always purchased the cakes and cupcakes and were happy. I even had them do my wedding cake. We decided to try the cookies for Christmas and they were quite expensive but we figured they must be quite good to justify the relatively high price. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that some of the cookies were simply store-bought Oreos covered in icing and the others tasted very low quality and stale. I reached out via email to the owner and was quite let down to find that she was defensive instead of understanding. This experience and the subsequent lack of customer service has made my family and I to decide to no longer be patrons of Lavish Cupcakes...
