I have sent two emails to customer service I had asked to speak to the regional manager this Franchise does not care about customer service. Went into this Mary Brownâs to grab dinner after a late night work. Was ignored by the staff . A man cut in front of me. They served him. I waited patiently behind him and what happened next. They ignored me again and serve the men behind me, obviously this is a race thing where theyâve been brought up to serve men first and women are serve last or not even acknowledged. I did not raise my voice, but once they started serving the men behind me, I turned around and said what am I invisible, I got a lot of Iâm sorry Iâm sorry I didnât see you proving my point from above even though I was there before the man cut in front of me and the one behind me. As I said, Iâve contacted Head Office twice now with no response Iâve asked to speak to the regional manager no response Mary Brownâs Food is good, but this location will never see me again and I will be spreading the word as much as I possibly can how disrespectful they are to women, Churches, which is right across the street will be getting my business...

Extremely Disappointed â Poor Service and Stock Management
I have been a loyal customer of this Mary Brownâs location for many years, visiting 2â4 times a week whenever I shop at Walmart. Unfortunately, my recent experience on November 5, 2025, was extremely disappointing.
I went in around 6:00 PM to get a chicken sandwich that was on special, only to find it sold out. While I was willing to order something else at full price, no staff member was willing to take my order. The employees appeared visibly upset and uninterested, likely due to being busy, but as a paying customer, I should not have to deal with unhelpful or dismissive service.
Stock management seems poor, as advertised specials are frequently unavailable, and the attitude of staff is driving away regular customers like myself. I have been loyal since before the McDonaldâs opened in the same Walmart, but experiences like this make it hard to continue supporting...

Rude, unfriendly and actually messed up 3 orders while I waited, I got a refund after waiting for over 30 mins while other customers complained about stale chicken, wrong orders and overcooked meals. My order ended up being incorrect and short of what I ordered while the rude cashier motioned for me to head for the door as I was checking my order....I decided to get the refund and will never come back nor recommend this location to anyone!!!!! Terrible!!
Update: 2 weeks later, Hi "owner", yes I did contact through the email provided, however, I was snubbed again with a generic answer like the one provided here. Definitely shows where the "excellent customer service skills" trickle down from!!...
