150 McNaughton McDonald's NEVER gets my order right once.
I have very little to no expectation for the fast food chains so I don’t normally get disappointed if they mess things up from time to time.
But this one screws up 10 out of 10 orders. Why is this branch so bad compared to other McDonald's locations?
Iced coffee tastes trash and watery. I took one sip and threw away the Iced coffee I ordered today. The one I ordered yesterday had no syrup.
Curb-side pick-up takes extremely long. The longest wait I’ve experienced so far is 40 minutes for four iced coffees from the last year.
The lady working at the drive-thru is vulgar and confusing. She forces me to choose different drinks because their smoothie machine is broken. Then she proceeded to a refund for the smoothie, not getting me the drink she URGED me to change at the last minute.
Of course, I’ve been to many McDonald's here and in other countries. They do make many mistakes which I tend to understand and move on. But I lose hope in this specific branch because they are repeating the bad experiences over and over.
I pass by this area almost every day. I have been a regular customer of this branch for several years now. I got tired of all the hassles and all my time wasted just to get a fast food. Fast food is supposed to be convenient and consistent. That’s the whole point. This McDonald's is none of these. I and my partner have come to agreement we would not go back to this particular location of Mac Donalds.
This may not be a huge impact for their business because they are near the train station so people just go there nevertheless. But it is indeed a shame for its brand...
Read moreThis location is terrible!!!!! We stopped by on our way to an event and decided to go in instead of the drive-thru. We ordered our food from the self-serve kiosk, as there was a lady at the counter with a very specific order.
Mind you, they were NOT full, nor was the drive thru busy. We waited a total of 20 mins for 2 out of our 3 orders. There were four people in front of us when we arrived who still had not received their order.
My friend who had not received her meal inquired about her meal stating that the order screen showed her number saying SERVED yet she did not receive her meal. The Macdonald worker told her it was coming then proceeded to clear the screen of all orders.
It was at this point things took a turn for the worse. My friend asked for a refund for her 6 chicken nuggets and small fries, the two meals we did receive were wrong, 3 people from the drive thru came inside because their orders were wrong, one of the 4 people ahead of us got their order and left but came back inside 2 minutes later demanding a refund because her order was also wrong(she got bread and a dry burger, that's it). All the while, we are still waiting for a refund for our 1 friend, and now our two meals, which they said they'd fix(which they did).
Total time unnecessarily spent in this establishment was 40 MINUTES.
I'm not even going to get into the fact that we asked for the supervisor and manager about 5 times, who were both hiding by the drive-thru window, before finally making an appearance when voices of the other customers started to get loud.
DO BETTER MCDONALD'S!!!!!! Maybe some retaining...

Decided to try the Egg BLT for the first time and we got it really quickly and NOW WE KNOW WHY: there was no egg in it 🥲
Now you might think “oh everyone makes mistakes, this might be a one time thing. Cut them some slack” but that’s where you’re wrong. Let me tell you what I’ve noticed from going there a few times: 1) when orders are placed, an employee is trained to clear it quickly from the queue so you’ll briefly see your order on the screen that shows orders being prepared but then it will quickly be moved over to the “now serving” column (or whatever it’s called) and then promptly cleared off the board. WHY DO THEY DO THIS?! For better KPIs? Lack of understanding of how to use the technology? Whatever the reason, OBVIOUSLY this leads to all the staff members being confused about what has been served and what is still outstanding. 2) this leads to all the wrong orders, slow service and chaos that happens at this McDonalds. Just read some of the other reviews. It is actually so bad that we overheard one delivery driver telling another driver that they don’t even accept orders unless it’s a large order because service is so slow and often wrong.
