Giving credit and props where both are beyond due!

First off let me start off by saying hats off to everyone in the back, behind the scenes, cooking and preparing the meals! No matter what it is on the menu, it is always delicious.

Please don’t think that my inability to provide this young ladies name depicts in any shape or form that the experience was anything less than pleasantly memorable! “прекрасное Miami”, is what I will use in place of her name seeing it represents her heritage and where she calls home. Busy doesn’t do do justice to her workload on Thursday night! The place was swamped and when the four of us sat down after a long day at work, we took her total of tables that she was waiting on up to over a dozen. She didn’t miss a beat. If most places were as swamped as they were that night, you would expect to hear complaints, lengthy waits for food, messed up orders and little to no interaction from the staff. It was the polar opposite of that! Everyone in the place was beyond satisfied with their experience and most of them verbally expressed so. “прекрасное Miami” was beyond impressive, juggling the dozen tables at the begginning, cleaning the tables off faster than Barry Allen could and treating guest after to yet another memorable experience. I had never seen anything like it before. “прекрасное Miami” You were amazing, it was a pleasure to meet you and I wish everyone had your work ethic and awesome personality!

Then I went back on Sunday and not only was the place swamped, Courtney was holding down the fort solo! It was a packed house and there Courtney was making it all happen as if it was just a simple walk in the park! She tended bar, took all of the tables orders, interacted with all of the customers, brought everyone’s food to them, cleared and cleaned the tables and not only did she not complain a single time, she wore a sincere and genuine smile throughout.... to quote her “I do this for fun” and she wasn’t kidding! Your average person would have complained the entire time, they would have bad mouthed management, the owners and everyone else they could think of for having to actually work hard! Experiences like these are rare and to have been witness to two amazing people transforming recipes for disaster into wonderful dining experiences for everyone involved, was beyond refreshing.

“прекрасное Miami” and Courtney; I hope the owners and managers follow my example and give the two of you the credit and props deserved for leading by example, raising the bar for what excellence should be and for defying the odds, working your rear ends off and providing everyone who came in during your shifts truly enjoyable dining...

Ww came for dinner after a day at Wonderland. We've come several times in the past post wonderland. As we order my Kids wanted rootbeer the kids menu does not include rootbeer because they serve the "dad's" in a bottle. My kids got 7Up instead. It did not taste like 7up. Tasted more like carbonated water. They waitress was pleasant and switched them out for the rootbeer at no charge. We ordered our meals. Everyone's came out but mine as I was informed they ran out of rice. (I ordered a Mexican bowel) So I'm rushing to re look at the menu to order something while everyone ate. I felt obligated to order something simple so I wouldn't be eating way after everyone else. I ordered sliders off the app menu and a side of fries. Our friend ordered the pizza and he said it was dry and tasted frozen. Our two girls who are 9 ordered pasta off the kids menu and it came with half a bowl of pasta that they finished and were still hungry. Thank God the fry portion for my meal when it came was larger so I shared with them. The chicken burger my husband ordered was very good. and our boys ordered a rack of ribs and wings that they very much enjoyed. Or friends daughter had chicken tenders that were flavourful. When we got the bill....My Mexican bowel was still on there and it wasn't switched out for what I actually ate ...or wasn't given to me for free for the long delay and last min notice telling me they were out of rice. We were super tired and didn't want to bring it up to the waitress. The kids menu also only had one option for dessert.. ice cream...my son is lactose intolerant...so we asked if there was any other option we could pay for like a cookie or something...the waitress said the only other option was cheesecake that clearly has lactose as well. I said we won't have a dessert then so it was fair to all our kids. The waitress brought 4 ice creams anyway. we had 5 kids with us. Very disappointed and won't be...

I’ve been here a couple times all the other times were great experiences except for today. This time I had terrible service from the rude bartender that I had to write a review as I’m sitting here. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 orders of 2lbs. His 2lbs was both non-dusted gar par and my was dusted spicy gar par and non dusted Cajun. Order came out and both were completely wrong. I tried to get the server/bartender attention but she was occupied behind the bar. I asked another server to let her know and she came over with a load of attitude “what’s the problem”. We explained our order. My boyfriends order came out dusted when we had asked for non dusted her response was “ no you said u wanted non dusted gar par” to which I said yes exactly .. then she changed and said I meant dusted you said dusted. She then turns to me and said what’s wrong with yours. I said I asked for spicy gar par and Cajun. She said I swear you ordered lemon pepper .... first of all I know what I ordered. Don’t go telling me what I ordered. If you got it wrong that’s fine but don’t push the blame on the customer. She should have maybe written the orders down ... that way there’s no confusion. She took them both back. Not to long after they brought out new ones which then was correct. My basket was missing the fries which then I had to try to get her attention for another 10mins. Mind you at this point we had also not gotten our drinks that we initially ordered. When she brought out the drinks that I again had to ask another server to remind her she slapped it on the table and walked away with no response when I said thank you. After this fiasco she did not once check on us or asked if everything was okay but she did do that a couple times with the table right next to us. I’m very displeased with the service I received today and hope this feedback gets...
