Subway — Restaurant in Vaughan

We went to this subway an hour before the closing time. When we were looking for the options, the guy yelled at us to order immediately as it's closing time. Can't believe if it was real.

The way he assembled the sub, the way he asked what we want in it, and the way he hand it over, I thought should I even eat it?! Everything inside was coming apart and leaking.It was such a sloppy sub.

And I saw other people who came after us were treated the same wayyy.

He is grumpy and has an attitude problem. It's even spoiling the reputation of subway. Need some other customer facing person in this place, else it will be gone soon.

I will say, the location is clean, which is why I gave a star, otherwise I would go for zero.

It will be my first and the last time to visit...

This location is ridiculous. The number of times I’ve come here only to be disappointed and annoyed. I only come back because it is the closest location to me. Today I asked for tuna in a sundried tomato wrap, and the employee said not possible. Lack of flexibility there. So I went ahead with the regular flour tortilla. The lady that warmed it up noticed that the wrap was stuck to the paper but she somehow scraped it off and still served it to me. So once I got the wrap, it was disgusting. Everything was coming apart and leaking. They do not know how to wrap a wrap. Stick to subs I guess!! I will say, the location is clean, which is why I give 1 star, otherwise...

I ordered platters for pickup. I did two transactions and forgot to add the special instructions on the other order. They made sure and contacted me to confirm if I still wanted cheese or not. I also asked for the sauce to be on the side to avoid messiness. The sandwiches were well packed. They added enough sauces for all three platters. They also gave enough utensils and napkins. I was running 15mins late due to traffic and I called ahead to tell them and the contact person told me they'll put the platters in the fridge so it stays fresh for longer which is very much appreciated by everyone who ate the subs.
