Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Vaughan

Refused to take our winning cinco de mayo coupon. For the family 4 pack. If I could negative star this I would. Customer service so bad

We were just at the Quesada in Ontario at the 90 edgeley blvd #104 location. And they refused to enter our promotional code for our free family 4 pack of burritos. They didn't even try to copy the code to return to HQ which is mentioned on the Bottom of this email. I gave them my phone to see the coupon and they still refused to take the coupon. Even saying they don't have the items!! This is the closest Quesada location for our date and these two employees (older woman and guy with curly hair) didn't not even try to be helpful to us. This isn't what I've experienced at the Dixie and Eglington location which had 100% better service. As repeat customers we were excited for tonight and purposely drove to this location to eat our meal. My wife and I ended going to the unit next door to have half price wings instead of even trying to deal with the disgraceful service at this Quesada location. If this is way they treat repeat customers. It's no wonder the location was empty when we arrived. I'd be surprised to see them treat paying us timers any better.

I can only hope these were not the owners of the location. Suffice to say we will probably not be back to this location...

Toppings are very fresh and yummy. They did not skimp on the young either. Ordered 3 tacos with the world and each has a different protein; beef, pork and ... ... 'Beyond'. I've had Beyond meat before, in a bigger, and really enjoyed it. This Beyond taco was interesting. Not great but definately better than "meh" or "not bad". It's was better than, say, tofu or just beans. Not fair to call it bland but it's kinda boring in terms of taste but so is beef sometimes. However, if I was a non animal product eater I would definately order Being taco from here on a regular. In fact is order it over the beef too. The pork taco was great! Excellent and very satisfying after reading the beyond and then the beef. 🌮 shells were crunchy and not flimsy or brittle. Finished with a churro, which was just ok. Staff was very friendly; and in masks glades etc. and social distancing...

Every visit to Quesada is a treat, thanks to the incredible team especially Anil and Mitra. These two are absolute gems! With their warm hospitality and manager-like professionalism, they truly elevate the entire experience. They always greet me with a smile, remember my order, and somehow know exactly how to brighten my day.

The food? Consistently fantastic. Fresh, flavorful, and made just right every time. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in their work, and it shows in every bite.
