Air Riderz Vaughan: Unsafe, Unclean, and Shockingly Overpriced — A Parent’s Warning Our visit to Air Riderz Vaughan on July 27th, 2025 was deeply disappointing — and frankly, concerning. What used to be a fun, energetic destination for families has become a filthy, neglected, and overpriced facility that no longer feels safe or welcoming for children or parents. From the moment we walked in, the lack of cleanliness was impossible to ignore. Dust is everywhere — on trampolines, climbing walls, foam pits, railings, and even the walls. The pools filled with soft foam cubes, where kids are meant to land safely, are visibly dirty, falling apart, and unhygienic. It genuinely looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned or maintained since it opened. The ventilation system is a serious concern. Giant ceiling fans blast air across the entire space, and no matter where you stand, it feels like the airflow is directed straight at you. I wasn’t even under one of the fans, yet the force of the air was constant and uncomfortable. Worse, all they seem to do is circulate dust and allergens, making the air feel thick and stale. It’s not hard to imagine kids leaving with irritated sinuses or worse. The staff at reception were poorly trained and disorganized. I was charged before being asked if we had grip socks — then charged again for socks after the fact. It felt careless and transactional. What’s worse, they require guests to remove shoes before entering play areas, yet staff walk around in shoes, meaning kids are stepping in dirt with just their socks. It’s not just inconsiderate — it’s unsanitary. And then there’s the pricing. A 60-minute jump pass now starts at $54.99 + tax. For a facility this run-down, that’s outrageous. The place is overcrowded, chaotic, and clearly focused on profit over safety or customer experience. There’s no effort to manage capacity, no visible safety enforcement, and no sense of care from the staff. It’s all about money — not about joy, cleanliness, or safety. I truly wish there were better alternatives nearby. Air Riderz Vaughan has become a health and safety concern, and I wouldn’t recommend it to any parent who values their child’s well-being. If you’re considering a visit, think twice. Look elsewhere. Your kids deserve better — and so do you.

AMAZING place to bring kids. Here on a Saturday from 12:30-2:30 and it’s not busy. Lineups for various jumping stations and ninja zone is minimal, and efficient. Very open, clean and safe space. Nice to have windows and nothing here is “sticky” like so many other similar establishments. My kids 6 & 8 and are having a blast (I’m writing this while they play). The staff is also incredibly attentive, helpful and are genuinely trying to keep the kids safe. Loads of seating for parents to spectate, and you can see your kids from most locations… which I love. Highly reccomend for toddlers-14 yr olds. Thank you for the great afternoon to get my kids energy out, and us parents a safe place for our kids to enjoy. Team members Anthony managing the kids safely doing the polewalk was patient and kind, Noah was also very helpful to my sons and I who did the climb. They clearly care about your child’s safety and not just their profits - the place was not overcrowded (like the more popular trampoline place we all dread taking our kids to) and I would confidently reccomend booking a bday here or coming for a drop in. Will be back soon!

Reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the park itself is nice and enjoyable BUT only for a 1 off visit. I decided to have my daughter’s 5th birthday here instead of Sky Zone like last year which was a MUCH better experience because from the beginning to end the event was chaotic, dysfunctional and an overall a disappointment. I will 100% never book an event with this place again nor would I recommend anyone to ESPECIALLY on weekends as it’s RIDICULOUSLY busy and for the COST definitely not worth it. Below was my experience:

Check in: guests have to find the party name on a small little white board on a desk blocked by people in line for the same OR ANOTHER party which is ridiculous and then they are directed to put all their shoes and gifts and everything on a small little coat rack to the side lined up next to all these other coat racks.

Party room: I understand that they do things different in having guests jump first before gaining access to their party rooms but to only gain access minutes before is NOT enough time especially if they screw up and use the wrong decor. Not only did I indicate that I was bringing decorations on their advanced form but I specifically called and told them what I was bringing and that it was to be used instead of their regular decor. It was a paw patrol themed birthday party so to walk in and see just green and blue table cloths, cups and napkins, I immediately had to get to work and I had GUESTS help me re-set up. Our host tried to help but everyone was already getting to work and more of our guests were starting to trickle in from the trampolines.

Food: My party was at 5pm and I called first thing in the morning at about 10:04am JUST after opening (7 HOURS before my party) to inform them that more guests were coming and we needed double pizzas and drinks. They said no problem they will update everything. When the party room time started they only had 2/4 of the pizzas I was supposed to get, one of which was cold and stale and after having to leave the room to go complain my host was already trying to figure out where the other ones were. One host or maybe team leader pointed out that she was aware of the situation and that they could still have it delivered but it would be after my party room time and everyone would have to eat at the tables out front… really? She then offered freeze’s as compensation… I accepted but after speaking with my partner we decided to get the pizzas because many people hadn’t gotten any so I went back to tell her to just have them deliver it and she informed me it’d actually be there 20 minutes before the party room time ends. This seemed a better fix but the pizzas had barely any cheese and I was ashamed to offer them to be honest. Vendor issue but they should have an acceptable standard laid out.

Host: Our host was nice enough but we had to keep walking back and forth to ask for stuff. I asked to have the cake brought multiple times as it was a staple and decorative cake. The front table was bare without it and to fix these issues we had to keep leaving our guests. They should also have more hosts assigned to larger parties as 1 person isn’t enough.

Summary: Overall this was the worst play place party experience I’ve ever had. At sky zone you get the party room time DURING jump time which gives everybody clear direction on where they go and can put things. Having the flexibility to do so makes a HUGE difference. After booking I even wanted to cancel and just rebook with sky zone like last years event because it ran very smoothly and the party hosts are very attentive there with management everywhere (Air Riderz lacks management presence). Only reason I didn’t cancel is because it’s new and we wanted to try something difference. My daughter also insisted because she liked the climbing structures here so I did as per her request. After speaking with the adult guests of my party they completely agreed that the set up here wasn’t suitable and they’d never have a party here either.

EDIT: it’s been 2 weeks since the party...

I have two kids with a big age gap 5 years…. I’ve alway enjoyed coming with my eldest son and never had any issues even had his recent birthday… which we were a little disappointed because we gave them instructions to only check in children and adults had to pay there in admission and they went against my instructions and checked in adults…. Also they rushed us out of the room… over all the kids had a blast so did my little one… that day she was allowed in all the areas….

We decided to go today out of the blue… paid the same price for both my kids…. Which was a good deal… but today they were ridiculously strict on the rules… they only allow the small children in one section only …which I find totally unfair.. my daughter was jumping in the larger area and there weren’t that many kids around… but they insisted on me removing her… I totally understand it’s a safety issue but she paid the same price as all the other kids that were jumping in that section…. Plus we sign a wavier that holds me responsible for her… they were rude about it also…. I feel if the smaller children are restricted from other areas why are they paying the same price… only reason I’m giving them a rating of two stars instead of one was because they understood I was really disappointed and did return my money….

Over all it’s a fun place for older kids but not for smaller kids… and they shouldn’t charge the same price for the older kids and smaller kids if they are restricted in most of the other areas…. They change the rules each visit …Also if your given instructions as to what you want for your own party that your paying for I think they should respect your wishes ….

It’s disappointing this happened because my little one has a blast here but today she was really stressed out because I had to keep removing her from everywhere because she wasn’t allowed… and she would run to the larger section because the first time she was allowed there… but anyways I won’t be able to bring my little one here anymore because she can’t enjoy everything just...
