Starbucks — Restaurant in Vaughan

Seriously the worst location I’ve ever been to. I was shocked at how bad the service was. I work at Starbucks as well so I get it, but this location desperately needs to retrain its staff. There’s a whole lot of people on the floor seriously doing nothing and moving at the slowest pace I’ve ever seen. I ordered an iced tea and waited just under an hour for it. Only to find out that they had punched in the wrong drink order. I then had to try and ask several workers for the correct drink, none of them wanted to help me out, shocking, felt like I was talking to a bunch of robots. I then asked for a refund instead and again, I had to ask several workers, half of them didn’t want to help me and the other half didn’t even know how to give a refund. When trying to get my refund, the girl on cash couldn’t understand my request for a refund on the wrong drink. She then had to grab another worker because she didn’t know what to do. One of the girls then proceeded to lie to me and tell me the wrong drink is cheaper than the one I was trying to order. I’ve worked at Starbucks for 4 years ladies, being lied to just so a worker doesn’t have to refund you is crazy. All the workers are in desperate need of retraining on sequencing and customer service. Avoid...

I went inside this Starbucks cafe for the cold weather outside the Toronto wonderland winter fest’s weather… and it was the warmest area which I had inside a Toronto’s wonderland… lots of people were also inside this Toronto Wonderland’s Starbucks to warm their cold chilling body too…. This Starbucks was the only perfectly- interior area (actually, with the cinema which I got inside to watch a show& play and also because the outside of the Wonderland Outside’s atmosphere was too cold… before coming to the Starbuck’s wonderland… ) (to warm myself) which has existed for the ordinary public people customers… It was pretty an interesting experience for me inside a Toronto’s wonderland area too…. It was really warm and cozy…. also it had a great atmosphere too for sure!!! 👍 it also had a cozy, warm and soft, colourful Christmas atmosphere and shape inside that Starbucks Cafe Toronto Wonderland’s… I wish you to visit the Starbucks Cafe inside a Toronto wonderland too!!! If you have s chance visiting Toronto Wonderland area…. I also think children will all going to like this funny & great looking Starbuck’s atmosphere especially in the Winter& Christmas season too!!! For sure!!! 👍...

The greetings we had from the barista taking orders were the word “NEXT”, no Hi or Hello at all. I ordered a Grande Iced Coffee and paid $4.57 which was not surprising since maybe the store is licensed, however, while watching how they make the drink out of curiosity, since I am a Starbucks barista myself as well, I realized that the color of the iced coffee was too light and the ice makes it worse, it might be watered down. I've tried it and came back, explained to the barista who made the drink that it tastes just like water. She didn't give me any option aside from saying that if she makes another iced coffee it will probably taste the same which I already knew. So, I ended up asking if she could just make me a Brown sugar oat shaken espresso and I can pay the difference in price. She charges me another $1.47 for the BOSE. I asked for the receipt and it says 2 cream cheese because she said there was no button. Overall, paid $6.04 for a Grande drink...
