Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Subway sandwich experiences I’ve ever had.
The staff behind the counter seemed completely miserable and disinterested — like they really didn’t want to be there. There was no care or pride in how they made the food, and it really showed in the final result.
The sandwich itself was poorly made from the start. Even slicing the bread seemed to be too much effort — instead of cutting it down the middle as you’d expect, they sliced it into what felt like a 90/10 split, and not even all the way through. This made it impossible to properly fill the sandwich, and most of the toppings ended up falling out because there was no actual "pocket" to hold them.
To make it worse, the mayo was sloppily applied — mostly smeared on the wrapper instead of staying inside the sub. The bacon was overcooked, left greasy, and clearly hadn’t been patted down to reduce the oil. It made the whole thing greasy, messy, and unappetizing.
And then there’s the price — $15+tax for a basic 6-inch sub is outrageous, especially considering the quality (or lack thereof) of what I got.
I understand food prices are higher in amusement parks, but when you pay that much for such a disappointing sandwich, it really stings.
I’d honestly recommend skipping this Subway location and grabbing food elsewhere in the park. Definitely not up to the usual...
Read moreUnhygienic and very poor staff attitude. One worker accidentally cut herself while cutting open the footlong bread and left to treat her injury. While there is nothing to blame for a workplace accident, her coworker was very unhygienic.
My friend asked for a meatball footlong, and when the workers made the switch, she went right to using the original bread that her coworker left. We saw that the original bread had blood on it, and asked her to cut the bloody bread off first, but then asked her to switch to a new bread entirely. She had very poor attitude when making this switch. Even though she didn’t outwardly express her annoyance, her body language was clearly irritated. She then used the same knife that had blood on it to cut open the new bread, and proceeded to scoop the meatballs that were on the original bread onto the new bread. When another customer behind us in line saw what we were talking about with the worker, she asked the worker to change her gloves after, which was also met with an annoyed “yes, later”. No refunds were offered, or any sort of apology. He still paid $28 for this frankly potentially bio hazardous sub. Overall very unpleasant experience, and if my friend gets sick from this experience, we will be demanding...
Read moreService was terrible! Workers were rude, and they lied. I ordered a sub from subway with a dining pass and I scanned the pass and they gave me a receipt, then I went to pick up the sub but they said I couldn’t because I had never ordered. Which was a lie because I had the receipt in my hand so I assumed they maybe forgot so I reminded them and showed them the receipt but they still insisted so then the workers started yelling and screaming at me which is outrageous and super rude. I got the customer service and the woman working at customer service told them that we had proof we had the receipt but they still insisted I never ordered. I would give them negative stars if I could, they do NOT deserve the 1 star. The 1 star is being generous. I will never order from here again! Watch out for...
