I dont know about pizza’s, but the paani poori was the worst paani poori I ever had in Canada. The smashed potato was completely dry, No taste, No spices nothing.

I asked the guy if he can provide with paani with regular water and not from the fridge bcz i have sensitivity. He did not even thought to help me and said we only give the paani which is stored in fridge. I asked him if you guys make paani couple days ago that why you have to store that in fridge? He lied on my face that they make the paani everyday and still store it in the fridge bcz customers like to eat paani poori with Freezing cold water. What a joke!

Dahi poori was not that bad, but can be much better.

Kawa drumsticks were undercooked and after 2 hours of eating those drumsticks i feel like those drumsticks are stuck in my chest still and i am getting constant burps of those.

Finally, sadly I ordered a tea and i think the guy literally poured the cold tea in the paper cup, covered it with the lid, and kept ut in microwave for a couple mins. The entire cup including the lid was burning hot when I recieved it. Common guys atleast have some brains and heat the tea first and then pour it into the cups.

Indian tradition is not like this. Not like this making fools out of customers. (I saw a couple of white people sitting in the restaurant, Writing this for them).

Never ever going back here. Shocked to see the high star reviews!! Dont know from where they came from.

Replying after i got the reply to my review: I can see in other comments Whoever has told some problems about the food this owner is always rude to them. he only appreciates comments which helps his buisness.

Look at his reply, how hard is it make the paani in normal temperature water?

And I am not allergic to soya, Your drumsticks were undercooked boss. Just bcz you telling that its cooked in standard temp for standard time, does not mean thats true.. Why will a customer lie? If its under cooked its undercooked.

And dont try to explain me about that tea from microwave.. You can only win until you think all others are fools and you are the only genius. Why not the lids of the cups are hot i. Tim hortons even if they make the french vanilla right infront of us??

Good ownership is appreciating the faults at the buisness. And i have only two reviews bcz i dont normally review anything. Your pathetic tasteless chats forced me to review this place.

White people visit your restaurant not bcz you are serving authentic paani poori or something.. Its bcz they have never tasted authentic Indian food and people like you have made this tasteless bland paani poori as Indian authentic food.

One of the most bizzare restaurant policy and service was encountered here. I was across the road the other day and saw this place so thought id try it out.

I came by on Sunday and firstly I noticed a lack of hygiene. As I was waiting to be served another customer who was eating came over and asked for a plastic cup, she was handed one over by the lady at the counter. The customer held the cup, and decided it wasnt what she wanted, she gave it back to the till operator and she just put the cup back in the packet! Seriously? So someone puts their dirty fingers around the cup and you think its ok to put back in a packet - thats disgusting!

Anyway now to my order, I thought id try a veg noodle burger and was asked regular or normal? I dont know what the difference is, maybe explaining it might help, so I asked and I was told its Vegan or Veg, So I asked for the latter. I then asked when they pack the burger can they cut the burger in half. I was going to eat it in the car, but regardless it doesnt matter where and how I was going to eat it, I wanted it cut in half. The lady told me that their policy is that they cannot cut the burger in half. I didnt know how to take that, Are you for real. She said she can give me a plastic knife to do it myself? Ive had a noodle burger at other restaurants and anyone that has tried one will know cutting it with a plastic knife would make the burger look like a car crash!

Anyway, I didnt even complete the rest of my ord I left the store immediately

Management or staff need to consider changing their policy, You just lost out on a potential sale and customer. It probably doesnt affect you, but it was just disappointing to know that such strange policies are in place at such restaurants.

**In response to management Thank you for your response, I appreciate the explanation but I'm afraid there are other ways of cutting a burger without having the food contaminated with foil.

Restaurant is good by its interior but food is not good enough.

I have tried multiple items from their menu.

Pani Puri- Nothing was tasty in it, potato masala was cold like ice cream , no chana in it. Quantity was very less . Just a scoop of small ice cream size.

Puri’s we’re also okay. Masala water was little bit good.

Vegetable biryani-

Price is $8:00

But quantity is very like serving baby dish. If you go other restaurant in $8:00 you will get much more quantity and quality of biryanis.

Biryani had only carrots and onions. As well as taste was very sour , taste buds can’t identify other spices because of citric acid.

Vada Pav-

I have never tasted such kind of quality product in my whole life. If you will go anywhere (anywhere) in India you will find better then this.

This was epic taste less, two potato vadas were like pushed in between buns and cover with red chutney, I asked for little spicy, and they just sprinkle red chilli powder on bun to looks spicy but it wasn’t spicy. As well as taste was sour as well.

Taste of products- 0 out of 10 Quality of dishes- 2 out of 10 Interior and environment - 8 out of 10 Price vs quantity - 1 out of 10

I genuinely don’t like to write big reviews but it was extremely disappointing one of the worst I have ever...
