Visited the Wingstop near Thornhill recently, and the experience was mixed. The service was quick, which was definitely a plus — we got our order without much waiting. However, the quality of the food was a bit disappointing. The chicken was on the drier side, and the Cajun sauce was overpowering and had a sour aftertaste that didn’t quite sit well. Voodoo fries, crew pack which comes with mango habanero chicken tender, garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, and Cajun chicken.
The ambience and cleanliness also left something to be desired — the place looked a little untidy, especially for a dine-in spot. They have a different level of heat level as well 3 levels
Overall, it’s a convenient stop for a quick bite, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both food preparation and cleanliness. Location is very convenient and a lot of things to do...
Read moreOh my goodness. If you have the pleasure of being served by Monica you should be sooo happy! This awesome lady made sure our order for our party of 4 was exactly how we would like it. Even though we chose so many different flavours and toppings as it was my brother’s first time and he wanted to try it all! Thanks so much Monica, you truly made our day!! ❤️❤️❤️🥰😋
As for the food, it was great. 😋We got Louisiana rub tenders, as well as mango habanero tenders. For wings 🪽 we got, 15 bone in and 15 bone less; garlic parm, hickory BBQ and Korean bbq sweet and spicy. Finally we got the Cajun corn 🌽 and Cajun fries 🍟 and vegetable 🥕 sticks and soda 🥤 pops (FREE REFILLS!!!!😲😲🔥)
I really enjoyed this wing-stop location and would recommend to anyone that enjoys excellent service and short wait times and...
Read moreMy son is a regular Wingstop customer and usually orders from the Yonge Street location, where he always enjoys the food. However, today we ordered from the Thornhill location because he had a doctor’s appointment nearby, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food was dry even the range couldn’t save it, too salty and was almost inedible. My son, who normally loves Wingstop, couldn’t even finish it and said, “It was disgusting! Mommy, I never want to eat Wingstop again.” It made me really sad — not just because he was disappointed, but because I felt like I had thrown my money in the garbage. We expected the same quality as other locations but didn’t receive it this time. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better consistency...
