Hummmm let's see.... I arrived at 515 with three of my kiddos yesterday and was immediately directed to an electronic kiosk by a helpful staff member. I do not like this method of purchase but she was nice and offered to help... but then didn't. Had somewhat of a difficult time navigating my order while my three ran in circles waiting to go to the play area. No one was in line at the register. Would much rather have ordered there as it took way longer but I finally managed to get food ordered discount app and all. So we make our way into the play area Wich is empty.... of people... and FULL of garbage... there were lots of staff on hand and not very busy mind you.... had to clear one of the six or so dirty tables... trays and food... and garbage all over the floor and baby seats as well.... had to stack trays on the garbage as it was filled to the top.... sat down and the nice lady that not helped me at the kiosk came and cleared the trays and garbage but did not pick up any garbage on the floor or clean tables... another nice lady brought my order even though I hadn't requested table service.. then i sent my daughter to grab napkins but both dispensers at the service area were empty.... a few more families came in... one had to request someone to wipe the table.. she wiped a few... no sanitizer.... I went to refill my kids water a few minutes later and though there were two wet floor signs within ten feet... neither was posted above the huge mess of a spilled slush and water right outside the playroom door... I grabbed one and covered the mess... but not before a gramps unknowingly strolled right through the middle... grand baby in arm.... super dangerous... someone did appear to mop it up two minutes later.... however when my kiddos and I left twenty minutes later the floor was still soaked.... overall.... the food was great..... staff was friendly.... environment.... really unnecessarily messy..... very...
Read moreYou know the only that really disappoints me about McDonald's is a service you get you know they treat themselves like they're Our Cafe Restaurant but you know for the last 45 years they've been classified as a fast food chain after some funny reason McDonald's to seem to lost that it's not about the customer or making the customer happy it's about treating a customer like they are nobody especially when you drive up to the drive-thru window now we all expect to go through drive-thru window this is why we're going through a drive-thru window is the pull up your their food and leave nonas to pull up and sit and wait for a food I know when you say something like whole why read I can't believe this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant and that we got to sit wait for a food and they close the window on you like you're nobody I have no idea what McDonald's has come to anymore but it's surely not about the customers no more it's about the money and that's a crying shame for McDonald's I know I'm to the point in my life where McDonald's is no point where I want to go anymore and I really think I'm going to start going to Burger King and you know the funny thing is is the food at Burger King just as good if not better than McDonald's that's all I have to...
Read moreI had been wakeboarding earlier and had hit the water pretty hard, so my head was not quite in it to say the least. I pulled up to the drive through and when prompted I requested a "snack pack." To say the least, I was shocked at the response that I got, which was a very snarky "we don't have those, what do you mean.." So I then requested two of the $5.50 meals, to which the lady running my side of the drive through stated, yet again, very snarkily that it was a "McPick" and that it was "$5.79." To be frank, I did not care about the price, I just wanted my burgers, so I said, "Yes I would like 2 of those, please." She then asked what I wanted to drink, to which I responded, still having a foggy head from earlier that "I would like a coke or something," as I did not know if they served pepsi or coke, I'm not a regular McDonalds goer. She then replied "Or something??? What would you like to drink......" So I replied, "a coke please." I then went to the next window to pay, and not only throughout this interaction was I belittled and demeaned, she ALSO GOT MY ORDER WRONG. I requested 2x mcpick hamburgers, and she put down that I wanted 2x burgers IN THE SAME BUN.... Steph, you need to...
