This place is absolutely amazing. I truly thought I could never do a hot yoga class. And this place has proven me wrong! I have exercise induce asthma and always thought that I couldn't join a hot yoga gym! I started on Monday and went 5 days in a row and by Thursday I didn't need my puffer anymore!! The classes are killer workout!!! You can do your own level if you feel like it's too hard or your getting tired. The instructors are hands down amazing!!
