Top Choice Pizza — Restaurant in Vernon

Top Choice Pizza was my 129th restaurant and eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every restaurant and eatery in Vernon. If there isn't a veggie pizza that doesn't come without pineapples and/or tomatoes, I always pick the veggie special and ask to get it substituted for jalapeños and/or banana peppers. Because you can't really dine in at Top Choice, I have to include it in the delivery instructions. I always say "make the substitutions or cancel my order please, thank you." My delivery came and. . .there were tomatoes and pineapples on it. The crust tasted like the Delissio pizzas I would eat in high school. I think I have had 18 pizzerias in Vernon, and this was the worst tasting pizza overall. It was edible, but a major disappointment. I paid just over $31 after tax and tip for a medium pizza that I didn't even order. Overall, the fact this is the only restaurant I had an issue with out of all 129 so far in Vernon truly speaks to how many quality eateries we have in town. 129 restaurants down;...

Pizza went straight downhill after it was purchased from a different owner in town. My family tried multiple times to give it another shot, and the last straw was undercooked pizza, no flavour, toppings not properly spaced on the pizza and when it was delivered all the toppings and cheese has slid to the one side. Oh, and they used a box 1 size too small, so the crust was smushed up the side walls too. I called to complain, and the manager said they've been getting so many complaints lately I needed photo proof and to being them in myself before he'd do anything, but he'd call me back to fry sort it cause it was busy. Told him my family had to eat as it was already getting late, but sent in photos and never heard from him after that.

Want to stress, this was only the last time we ordered. We had multiple previous orders going back a year or more where we had similar issues, again ever since they were bought out. I don't order from here anymore and refuse to do so. Jim's Place is my recommended...

Where do I start Mac or Matt I could not understand you you were slurring your words. Anyway I got two pizzas a couple of Wednesdays ago around 6:45 p.m. When I opened the boxes the first one was not cooked all the way through the cheese was pure white and the dough was doughie to say the least. The second one was I don’t know what kind it was but it was not the kind I ordered I tried calling the shop and no one answered the phone. This was about 7:10 p,m.. I then hopped into my truck to drive all the way to the shop with two pizzas in hand and to my surprise you were closed at 7:25. The sign said your open until 8 p.m.? Not impressed guy and my kids were hungry.
