We've been living in the area for just under a year and have often visited this McDonalds. In the beginning the service was satisfactory at best and the food was as expected from a McDonalds. However, recently the store seems to have gone down in quality including staff knowledge, service, attitude, and food quality including taste, freshness, and appearance. The only employee we've found to be consistently helpful and friendly was Daniel. Anyone else was lackluster in any kind of customer service and in general. Tonight was the last time we went, purely to get some of our favorite items to give this store one last try, and to obtain a receipt with which to leave a comment. The milkshake was not prepared properly, and in visits past, we've encountered uncooked or cold fries, sickening burgers, improperly prepared food in general, and even nauseating fountain drinks. We suggest you restaff nearly completely (except for Daniel) and up the standards of all parts of the store including service, food, and especially staff. Thank you, we will not be coming back unless significant improvements are made.

Read moreI was at this location a couple evenings ago, I ordered a cheeseburger, and a jr chicken meal. My total was $11.59. I went to the window tapped the plastic went to the next window to grab the food where the worker told me “sorry your payment didn’t go through” I tapped again not thinking anything of it. I get my food go on my merry way. I check my bank statements this morning and I see that I was charged that same night 2 minutes apart $34.65. I did not order anything worth that much. I called the store asking to refund me for this food I did not purchase, or take home. They told me there was nothing they could do without a receipt. But where does the receipt go? In the bag with your order so how would I have a receipt for something I did not take. Clearly it was a mix up with the workers and customers I get it it’s busy but to not be able to do anything when the workers made this mistake and I have the whole transaction on my statement. Read moreI don't usually review businesses, but this McDonald's on Hillside ave has some of the worst service I've ever experienced in any sort of business. I usually would stop here at night on my way home when it is not busy but it still takes a RIDICULOUS amount of time to get my food. 20 mins to get 2 double cheeseburgers??? And this isn't a one time occurrence, it's always like this... Tonight there were employees standing behind the counter on their phones, employees making themselves milkshakes as customers wait, employees flirting with each other, singing and fooling around, meanwhile there's a line up of cars in the drive-thru and several customers waiting inside. Even after my burgers were made they sat on the counter for a good 5 minutes before anyone bagged them and brought me my order. This restaurant is ran by immature KIDS who have no concept of work ethic or service standards. I will never go back to this McDonald's again.. WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT? WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY?
