Went there today and ordered the Rainbow Candy soft serve. I asked for no jelly beans and they forgot the sprinkles. Honestly, I did not care too much about that, sprinkles are mostly for aesthetic purpose anyway.

The cotton candy syrup was the real letdown. There was barely any of it, just a thin coating on the ice cream, and it tasted like nothing. Even if they had given me more syrup, I still don't think it would have tasted like cotton candy. That's how non-existent the flavour was. I literally paid $7 for a vanilla ice cream that tasted the same as a McDonald's $1 cone. Why did I go here instead of McDonald's?

Extremely disappointing experience overall. This place feels like a scam...

EDIT: After receiving the rude and unprofessional response from the owner, I went back and edited my original review that mentioned "bubble gum" instead of "cotton candy" syrup. Sorry for the confusion. When I wrote this review, I legit thought the ice cream came with bubble gum syrup for some reason, but I was wrong and it came with cotton candy syrup instead. Honestly, it makes no difference at all and only serves to reinforce my point: The ice cream was flavorless, unremarkable...

Wow...where has this been all my life! I'll start by saying I'm not a fan of soft serve, so I was hesitant but kept an open mind. So happy I did...this frozen, milky concoction is truly amazing. I had the Santorini and the flavours and textures were heavenly. Everything from the iced milk to the pistachios, cookie crumbs, and syrup were ultra fresh and surprisingly, not that sweet. Just sweet enough. The cotton candy really surprised me. Not that sickly carnival cotton candy, but lovely melt in your mouth cotton candy with true flavour that complimented the ice milk perfectly. The shop is cute and very clean. Staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. Attention to detail is clearly a top priority here. Very hard to explain how truly wonderful and different this tastes. It has to be experienced to be appreciated. I will be back...

We usually go 3-4x a month ever since we moved to Victoria in December. We either get bubble tea or their soft served ice cream. However, the last couple of weekday afternoons we went, there’s always something missing in our orders. First time was there was no mango syrup on the mango cereal ice cream. However when I asked for it the girl working said she didn’t hear me say mango and just heard cereal ice cream. The next time we came I made sure to say clearly the number on their poster menu which states strawberry cereal ice cream if I remember correctly it’s #5.

We do like coming however we just wish staff would pay more attention to what the customer is ordering especially both times we went it was just ordering and it wasn’t as busy compare to other...

Ordered: panda machiato thingy medium total: 7.09 other places were closed so i went here. impressed! heard from a few that they didnt really like here, idk why, but take that into consideration price is like standard modern boba indoor is nice, plenty of space, great hangout place, maybe 2nd best boba place for hanging out in victoria. place is chinese and run by chinese people, there is mandarin menu i want to come again! only reason it isnt 5/5 is because of small sample size and i dont think its perfect or viable for a daily visits.

I've been here twice since it has opened and loved it. The ice cream is rich and absolutely delicious. The people who work at the store have been lovely! One thing that amazes me is how clean the place is. It has only been open about 3 months but still the employees there cleaned up right away after each customer which I liked. Seating was nice and there's a great wall to take pictures at. Will definitely make this a go-to ice cream destination.
