Subway — Restaurant in Victoria

Not impressed! Bought many subs from this location. Tonight not impressed at all! Walked in there and bought three subs, ( meatball, turkey and ham, and a sausage parmigiana). Employee, at the time of arriving was sitting in the customer area by the front window, eating with a friend. She looked annoyed apon my daughters and my arrival! Got up to make the subs. In ordering had to repeat 3 times which subs, bread type and cheese. Employee was hard to understand te English language while making the subs, and impatiently asked what additional toppings or sauces were wanted. As if we were holding her up eating before she left for the evening. Atomosphere at the location was also unimpressive, given the person the employee was sitting eating with was loudly talking on his cell phone, in quite the rude manner! After arriving home, and having all the subs toasted, mine was terrible! A lack of sauces and very dry, worst, of all way over toasted the whole bottom side of the sub was hard and way over toasted! In looking back at the ordeal to get these subs tonight ( dec11/2016) , I would have been better off not to have bothered, when the " sandwich artist" couldn't even understand which sub I had wanted. That should have been a warning not to waste my $7.00 dollars! If the place was still open, I would have returned it, and asked fir my money back! I wish to be contacted., in the best 2 days by...

My son went in with a valid coupon and the clerk did not allow him to use it. Then I ordered the rice bowl the way it comes as described on the website with the fixings. My son SPECIFICALLY stated the way it is described on the website and I sent him a picture to say exactly the way the picture shows. I tried to talk to the clerk on the phone who gaslit me, hung up and then when I called back hung up on me when I asked for the manager’s name. This place is a rip off and lacks customer service. No apologies or offers to make the rice bowl correct. Most of the ingredients were missing. Like the majority of the vegtables and no cheese. She kept arguing with my son about how he has to pick everything and he said “do it the way it comes”. It is like they don’t want customers. Worst experience by far. There is a British gentleman who works the days here and likes cricket, and I have always returned for his great service.

Tonight (Monday Sept. 23rd), it was as if they'd just hired a warm body.

I ordered a salad, being that I was in a rush to work, and it's literally throwing ingredients into a bowl.

The female that helped me seemed inconvenienced from the point I walked in.

In other words, her sandwich artist abilities were just finger paint.

She wasted my time having side-bar conversations with her manager and workmen before finally finishing my salad and letting me cash out. But wait. She is ill-equipped! She now needs to take all the food for some reason into the back? To put a lid on it? Hell no. Stock your lids out front or go get one. She brings back plastic wrap and wraps my salad up in that. Almost like an "eff me" for even asking for a lid.

This place is trash and so is the service.
