Caravana Cafe — Restaurant in Victoria

I live in the neighbourhood and have visited Glo a handful of times which is nearby. Not sure how I missed this place but am overjoyed to have recently discovered this hidden gem steps from home.

Ordered the vegetarian lunch special and every offering in the combo was outstanding. I believe there is a similarity between Lebanese, Mediterranean, and Greek cuisine as there seems to be some of the same selections on the menus at respective restaurants.

Caravana is the best of any aforementioned category that I have happened upon in Victoria (better than pricier options) and I highly recommend a visit if you live nearby, are in the area, or are a tourist.

This place is the best. I work in the neighbourhood and I feel so lucky to have this restaurant nearby. I always get either the tabouli salad with feta or the lentil soup with hot sauce. The food is fresh and tasty - not to mention very cheap (about $5.50 for either, and a generous helping). The service just cannot be beat, everyone who works there is extremely kind and friendly. Wonderful Middle Eastern food - felafel, chicken shwarma, beef donair, spanakopita, tabbouleh and fattoush salads, baclava, rice pudding, tiramisu, etc. and excellent coffee.
