So to start off with I donāt like to complain on reviews so itās got to be pretty rough for me to do it so here goes. I walk in they have three computer things to order on, two are being used and I go to the empty one and itās broken, itās stuck on a management screen. So I walk up front to order. They ignore me for almost 5 minutes they see me but they just donāt care. So I see the other computers are open and walk over to order. I do my order and pay then the computer goes down. No recipe, no number, nothing. I donāt know if I ordered or not the screens are all stuck on a management screen. The mode. It looks like I can enter modes and menus customers are not supposed to be in. I walk up front to hear the guy in front of me complaining about what just happened to me happening to him. I mention I didnāt get a number and the computers are all down now. We wait for 9 minutes to get our food. I asked for dine in and they brought it in a bag. Knowing no one got a number they call out a number no one moves towards it because no one has a number. So I just went up and asked what was in it and took it to my seat. The place is clean and looks good. I realize no one is sitting inside except for us and an employee that I assume was on a break. kinda weird considering the dining room was so huge. I open my bag and thereās no ketchup, no straw and no spoon for my frosty. Oh yeah I wanted the raspberry one but got chocolate. It was to much work to get what I got so I just suffered. I went to the counter and asked for the ketchup, straw and a spoon I kinda pushed my way to the front cause I didnāt have ten minutes for them to see me. No straws no spoon but I got ketchup. I sit down to eat the burger. The burger looked very good it was a little cold from all the waiting but still good. The fries are pretty good and still warm. The pop is from one of those machines where you choose from a huge selection of flavours and can add them to anything, I like that a lot and the machine works perfectly. (lots of places they donāt work) I have to eat my frosty like a drink squeezing it out. Not the end of the world but pretty low brow. We drove from Sidney at rush hour just to try them out 30 minutes drive one way pretty hard to talk me into driving all that why back for that...

I seen people go into restaurant and come back out with nothing in hand. Because your closed in the dining room. I seen cars just give up and leave the lineup. Finally when I had the chance to order I was met with sorry we donāt have that at the moment. No lemonades. No frostys. No poutines. No gravy. No regular chicken burgers, either spicy or grilled. So after almost an hour to find out I couldnāt have what I came there to have. When looking into the working area from my vehicle it looked like a mess in there. Staff looked tired and defeated with no communication skills of kindness or excitement. When I got home I opened the bags my large chilli was a small and a medium stacked on top of each other. I had no straws. No cutlery. No condiments. The meal was just ok. The chilli was cold. Burger grilled chicken was dry. Iāve been in the food industry for over 25 years and this was the worst service Iāve seen in a very long time. Do better. Get better managers. More employees. A good ration clerk that can foresee food and none food shortages. Have cleaner establishment. Turn your light on your food menu so customer can read it. Possibly have a second menu board a little further up so u can have advance reading. How about a sign that tells you what your currently out of. I understand short staff.
