Recently I have been buying Blizzard ice-cream from Dairy Queen again after having strictly sticking to McFlurries from McDonald's. Formerly DQ *ice-cream ' had been flavourless, tasting like sugary crushed ice. Whereas the soft serve at McDonald's tastes, and still does. Like it is real ice-cream, which it is clearly not. But at least they attempt to replicate the taste and texture as well as adding vanilla flavour. So, recently a coworkers of mine had recommended the new Cotton Candy Blizzard. So I decided to try one a few weeks back. And not only is the Cotton Candy flavour top notch, as I am not a fan of the chocolate type flavours. The new formulation for Dairy Queen soft serve now has a VERY pleasant rich texture and now has something me real flavour to it as well. Tastes like vanilla as well. So now, with the cost of a large Blizzard being only a few dollars more than a McFlurrie and twice the size. And the options at DQ are not limited to the three types offered at my previous fast food ice-cream provider. I have been passing through the drive thru here about once per week and happily enjoying my Cotton Candy Blizzard after a day of work or in an afternoon around town on a day off. The employees here are quick and pleasant. Even when I find myself in a line up behind a few other cars, I still make it through in roughly the same amount of time anyway. So as long as DQ keeps up their current soft serve quality and the customer service stays at the bar they have set themselves at. I will continue to be a regular customer buying my artificial dairy product vice at a quality point which I am delighted with. Five stars as this location has seriously stepped...

I recently visited Dairy Queen, and I have to say—it completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and family-friendly. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, making sure every customer felt valued.
Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the treats! I ordered a classic Blizzard, and it was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly creamy, loaded with toppings, and blended to perfection. You can really taste the quality and freshness in every bite.
I also tried one of their signature burgers, and wow—hot, juicy, and flavorful, with crispy fries on the side. Whether you’re in the mood for ice cream, a quick snack, or a full meal, Dairy Queen truly delivers.
I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth or grab a delicious bite to eat. You can always count on DQ for consistency, great service, and unbeatable desserts!

Read moreVERY disappointed, ordered 2 chicken finger meals, (only car in drive thru) waited 15 minutes, during that time, was told the “server was down to accept my gift card” scrambled for cash, then put $5.00 on debit. (Total was $28). Finally got the meal, NO drinks. Waited another 5-7 minutes for someone to return to the window (now 3cars behind us) reminded we never got out drinks, when given the drinks, cups were soaked with drips of pop all over the outside. Frustrated, food getting cold, we drove away. Parked at the beach, NO FORKS! Dipping sauce comes with the meal, got a PACKET OF SALAD DRESSING! How do you dip fingers in a salad dressing packet! No napkins! The chicken was coated with the saucy bbq honey sauce, to say it was a very messy meal was an understatement. I’m not convinced the “gift card server” wasn’t working. Brand new card better still...
