Edit: i wish i got taylor or jenny as my server. Went back tonight- dont know why- 21 minutes and no-one served us, walked out no one cared. Where was jenny or taylor? Worst place ever must buy reviews.I ordered on the app the coupon for the quarter chicken dinner that included an appetizer and a drink and we ordered a chicken quesadilla. When I arrived, I was told that only the chicken dinner and quesadilla came through not the coupon for the appetizer in the drink, which I filled out the options when I ordered. So I was charged $1.50 less. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I was told that there was nothing they could do if I wanted the appetizer and the drink, even though they saw the coupon that I would have to order it separately and they could not fix the problem. I was extremely frustrated because the appetizer was a meal for somebody else in our party and this was for my daughter’s birthday dinner. But the manager was firm that they could not do anything about it. And told me to contact Head Office if I had a problem.. I left with the food (fully paid) and not an apology just a note that this was an app and head office problem. I took it to where we were eating with my daughter for her birthday when I arrived half of my order was missing. We only had the quarter chicken dinner And the quesadilla was missing. I drove back to Swiss chalet with the order, already frustrated at the first error, looking for it to be Corrected and was met by a young lady manager, who told me that the order was not missing, that she had packed the order herself and had for sure put the items in there. When I explained that the item was not in the bag, she proceeded to tell me again that it was in the bag because she packed it for herself. Insinuating that I was lying and coming back for what reason I don’t know. At being insinuated That I was lying, and after paying full price for food that they did not offer any rectification for the first error I was extremely upset and did lose my temper. When I asked them to remake and Provide me with both items they did. I did apologize to the young lady that I lost my temper with however Was met with nothing but attitude. I would love to speak with the owner of this location, as this situation was horrific. I have never been treated like this and a customer should not be treated like a criminal. I suggest that your manager reach out to the customers before and after my order to locate the missing item so she realizes this was her error not mine and i am not a liar. Customer service will make or break a business and I truly hope you consider some serious training with this young team member because she needs it. I would appreciate it if i could speak to the owner regarding the situation as you should know what happened I feel and follow up so she knows. And train her. Mistakes happen I understand that, I hope your team members learn to understand that only 1% of the customers who complain do so because they are trouble makers not 99% My daughter and her friend truly enjoyed the food we recieved, and i have frequented in restaurant many times and not had an issue- i will not return or reccomend however to an established that I am treated like a criminal. I really hope for the owners sake that you train this young woman. She needs to learn. While i was waiting for my remake she was also crabbing 10 feet away from me to tge other manager about me. Read moreOrdered from this location last night and it was the absolute worse experience I have ever encountered. My parents ordered for curbside pick up, we arrived and our food was brought out. Right away I told the lady that brought out the food that it was the wrong order to where she replied with no it’s not check it yourself. I check it and it was not what we ordered at all. I handed it back to her and asked if she wanted me to come into the restaurant to get this sorted and she said no I have to wait here as it’s too busy. At first I was understanding, the bill had the same name so I could see how it was mixed up. 20 mins later she comes out with the order that was supposed to be ours, I get home and we were missing so much of the order. We were missing fries for one of the meals, none of them had the chalet sauce, didn’t have the extra sauce we ordered and did not have the mini donuts. Right away I called their customer service and was hung up on twice. The third time I called back I was told there is nothing he can do and told me to call a different number. I call the fourth number and the lady was very nice but then told me I had to call the store she couldn’t do anything to help. I call the store and was told there is nothing they can do and to call back tomorrow to speak to the manager. So today, I call back and am told the owner is busy so they go and get someone else. She asks what the issue was and I tell her and she goes so what do you want from me, I responded I want a refund for the things we didn’t receive and she said if you want a refund you can come into the store and get it yourself. I live 30 mins from the store and told her I could not come in and then she replied well I’ll have to talk with the owner and see if there is anything I can do. I doubt I will get a call back. I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received. It is absolutely ridiculous that I can’t get a refund for items that we did not even receive in the first place. Read moreArrived at restaurant at 5:18 for mother’s 75th birthday dinner. We were seated right away, drink orders were taken, they were slow coming sodas and a water. The first part of our group had just received their drinks as we’d ordered. We had ordered 5 apps, no cutler had been left at table, our perigees, spring rolls and garlic loaf had arrived. We ordered dinner at same time as apps, after finishing our apps we had talked about not seeing our waitress for some time. I belive the time was near 630 at this point. Still no cutlery. At around 640 our waitress appears with our food mentioning the kitchen was back logged and hands out the food. Fries cold, dressing cold, chicken heat lamp warm cool in the centre. No cutlery. Waitress is mia again, mother gets up to go ask for cutlery as waitress shows back up and rudely says I’m working on it. Then a few moments later emerges with cutlery. Now our already sub par food has been sitting in front of us no cutlery in hand for 20 Mins. I had ordered soup as my side and the cheddar cheese on top still not melted into the soup. Oh and still no soup spoon. Waitress rudely says I’ll get the manager after commenting the food is now cold. After sitting waiting and waiting what feels like a lifetime with a plate of cold food in front of us. The waitress reappears and rudely says they’re remaking everything and walks off. Everyone with empty soda cup still, we sit and sit. Offer out cutlery to the table behind us as they had food in front of them and no cutlery, we’ve had enough approach another waitress in a different section and say hey we just want to pay whatever our bill is and get out of here it’s been 2 hours.
