Avoid this place for sure. I saw two large advertisements for Bubble Waffles, and I ask for it but the girl working just says, “we don’t have that”. So I got a bubble tea instead. So I pay in cash and I’m waiting for change, but she just takes the money and goes ahead to make the drink. She hands me the drink and I’m like “I never got my change?”… and she says “actually we don’t carry any change”. Didn’t even bother to mention this to me before I paid, and just assumed I wouldn’t notice? And after all that, the bubble tea was horrible. The texture was bad, and tapioca was very mushy. Much better off going to the other bubble tea/smoothie places...

Went there yesterday and there was a big banner showed Diamond mango small size 3.99$ So when i asked the server act super rude and also they told we dont have this offer i showed them but at the end they charged me regular price. Worse part is I ordered 4mango drink and the girl she doesnt know how to make it so she ended up less drink in a last cup she just add more water and ice Im so sorry but its waste of ur money Its better to go real fruit at least they are not rude and they know customer...

On a strict diet and asked if there was anything additional then what was listed for ingredients and was told no. Saw her out in milk powder and advised i couldn't have that. I then asked if the slushie was just ice and fruit. She made it and then added liquid sugar. They told me too late and after them telling me i should have asked before (which i did), they would not make me a drink...
