Mac's Sushi — Restaurant in Waterloo

Would not recommend coming here. The sushi isnt bad, but expensive for the quality, even if you wait for the end of day sale. What makes this place a 1 star is the service. The taller man that works there (assuming he's the owner or manager) is extremely rude. If I didn't work in the mall and wanted different options for lunch, I wouldn't go back. Also, don't ask if they offer an employee discount because they will treat you even worse. You're better off going to zehrs if you want...

I've always enjoyed coming here for some quick sushi moreso than the grocery store competition, and at times, some of the sit-down sushi restaurants. They have a nice, well-rounded selection for a quick service outlet. What I appreciate more is their refrigeration unit. It may keep the product cool for health standards but doesn't over-chill the rice into a hard blob. I find the sushi seasoned well...

You wouldn’t expect much from a mall kiosk but it’s delicious. Consistently great quality sushi! Rice always has enough seasoning to stand out and fish is fresh tasting.

I work at a screen protector kiosk down the hall, on occasion they will give me a deal on the left overs and it will still be great and taste fresh at end of day.
