Went here a month ago and didn’t really enjoy the food here. I find that they didn’t plan well, they were booked with a big table yet didn’t have enough servers. The girl who served us was running like crazy, hence no water fill, forgot to bring my friend’s cocktail even when it was made and ready on the bar. Cocktail was mixed bad, strong alcohol smell/taste, my friend couldn’t finish it. Fyi, good cocktails don’t give you alcohol taste at all The spicy pad thai i ordered was completely plain, no flavor at all. I went home and added more tamarind and fish sauce then it was good lol. Also, not worth the price for a ~$18 pad thai, not a lot of meat compared to other places My friend ordered some kind of spicy beef noodles, same thing, plain for me. He said it was ok not too bad so probably the taste here is tailored for Western people, not an Asian like me

Food is normal. Service is terrible. The girl is very young and unprofessional. She didn’t service water after we seated for a long time. Only gave us water until we ordered our food. In the middle of dining. My daughter accidentally spilled the water on the table and her skirt, we had to go to her to get a mop and dealt with everything by ourselves. During the whole process of eating, she never came to us again to offer any service, so after the main course and long time of waiting, we had to walk to her to get our desert. When the desert came, she didn’t get all the dishes back to give us a clean space for eating. Again we did it by ourselves to put all the dishes together for a desert space(see the photo). Very unhappy experience.

We came here on a weekend for lunch and I’m not sure why this restaurant is so highly rated. I ordered a Pad See Ew with a Thai iced tea and my friends ordered the fried rice and another noodle dish and none of the dishes impressed us. The Thai iced tea was filled with ice and it completed watered down the drink which was very sad. I had chosen the spicy level and they just added chilli flakes on top of our dish which was absurd. My pad see ew lacked flavour and it was my first time having this dish served with gravy. We also struggled to get any servers attention and the service overall was subpar. This place does not serve authentic Thai food and was the most disappointing Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to in Canada.

My husband and I arrived around 7 pm on a Friday night and were able to get one of the last tables (the restaurant is fairly small). We were seated across from the gas fireplace which was really nice as our table was also beside the window, the warmth from the fireplace offset the cool feeling on the other side.

The waitress arrived promptly and took our drink order, red wine for both of us. Once she returned with our drinks she took our dinner order.

I ordered the Mango salad and the Thai Tangy Tiger Shrimp Soup. My husband ordered Stir fried Coconut Curry Chicken - the menu says it came with a side of rice, but I would call it a huge mound.

The mango salad was large enough for both of us to share, which was good because there was no way I would have been able to eat it all myself. The soup was okay, I found there was more broth than anything and only 3 or 4 shrimp. My husband enjoyed his coconut curry chicken, but didn't think it was anything special. Overall, the mango salad saved the meal.

I have been here numerous times for lunch and always had one of their specials, turns out those are the best part of their menu. On this night, I decided to take my husband for his first time and neither of us really enjoyed it for the price. Two meals, two glasses of wine and tip was $65. I could have easily made these items at home and I think that's what I will...

We ate here on the weekend. Although the appetizers and atmosphere were really nice. The service and quality took a quick shift when entrees were served. Prior to serving us our entrees, the server asked if we were ready for them and we said yes. 30 seconds later, the food was served and it was cold. All 3 noodle dishes was cold. When notifying one of the serves, he said he would ask the kitchen to reheat it. My husband ensured that the reheating won’t be in the microwave and the server agreed it can be done in the wok. 2 mins later, all three dishes are reserved and this time the outside noodles are still cold and only the middle part is warm, clearly showcasing that the food was microwaved. After being asked how it was, we were still honest about it being par and cold and no further solution was offered. Before pandemic, I used to visit this place often. Now we got served a $17 noodle dish with barely any vegetables and it was cold. Very...

The atmosphere was strange. There was no music or anything. At times the silence was so deafening that I had to double check the place wasn't closed.

The pad thai was good, but there was no noticeable sauce in the phad woon sen. They call it oxygen noodle, which is fitting because it was no more flavourful than oxygen.

Our waiter initially recommended us a Singha, a Thai beer, which was appreciated - it was good. However, after dropping off our food, he completely disappeared. We didn't see him again until we had to flag down another waiter to get our bill, who then brought him back. When we brought up the lack of sauce in the phad woon sen his response was "you should have told me." But how could we have when he was MIA the entire night? And it wasn't even busy.

If you come here, be prepared to play an active role in chasing your waiters down, whether it be to pay your bill or to give feedback...
