Charged me for items I did not pay for.
When confronting management, one manager refused to talk to me, the other one approached me mid phone call and I had to wait for him to end the phone call.
Management explained to me that they charged me for different items because of "my special requests" on my item, but at the end of the day this is fraudulent and is probably being done to artificially inflate sales of particular items.
This system also does not work, as they repeatedly get orders wrong doing this.
Management also thought my concern was that "they were attempting to scam me", which was not my concern until after they said something like that, as my concern the entire time was them messing up my order.
Management also expressed that they were training 9 new staff members at the time. This is a poor practice, and is evident by the fact that a customer in front of me claimed to have been waiting for close to 20 minutes despite no one else being in the store.
After promising to fix my order and refund me the items that were wrongfully charged, they screwed up again, and did not refund the mistakes and expected me to leave.

We weren’t even able to order at the speaker because it was so loud they weren’t even able to hear me. We then was given half the food and got pulled forward on the rest because all the staff was outside so they had no one inside making food. Some items from our order were still missed in the order cause they still couldn’t properly hear us. Then even after having to clarify the order 3 times, the food was brought out wrong. So we then had to go inside and the same staff that was lighting the fireworks was called back inside and were working because we called out the manager for letting the employees do whatever they want. Good to know that your employees are getting paid to light fireworks which prevent customers from ordering. First off, was cut off from speaking and placing my order 4 times, given a harder response of less passion each time and I’m a friendliest well mannered dude. Second, I said thank you 4 times and didn’t get a response, indecent looks. Then over heard the staff, gross content. Then witness the member at the window pick his nose, and flicked it. Only then to witness him turn his back to his fellow workers to finish the dig within. Ovb threw out my food.
