Sam's Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in West Jasper Place

Being honest here. Ordered food at rush hour and it took 2 hrs. Can't Blame the guy bringing food, he was actually running and tipped him 5 bucks for the effort . Food came and it was pretty disappointing. I ordered the 4 items. Donair, wings, lasagna, and drinks. Wings 5 out of ten. Lasagna 4 out of ten, donair 2 out of ten. They thru in some basic garlic cheese bread for what I assume is cause they knew they would be late, but that kinda sucked too. Sorry but based on the drivers effort in rushing I wish I could approve more, but the food seriously needs work to get it to a "ok after bar food" level.

Great job on that little Chinese guy for the hustle trying to get the deliveries done though. Good job there!!!!

Edit. Gave these guys a second chance. Ordered just a jumbo donair with extra sauce, meat, and cheese. Turned out pretty good despite having to toss it in the oven to reheat but that's due to the skip the dishes delivery. Donair was huge, well seasoned, and enough cheese and meat. I will deff order this from them again. Good job guys...

I came here with my cousin Sunday evening, and there was a few of us, I felt bad because there was only 2 people in the kitchen, and they were literally rushing and running to get everyone's order in place. With online , phone and dine-in orders that they were receiving, they still managed to get our orders at a procificient time (mind you, there was 2 of them, 1 cooking and 1 taking orders) even though there was a bit of waiting, it was SO WORTH IT!! The Donair was amazing, the taste is 11/10 and their sweet sauce is very tasteful!

TO SUMMARIZE: I highly recommend this place, but PLEASE be patient, sometimes they get a lot of orders and it can take a while for you to get your food, BUT the wait...

Tried again after 4 years hoping it would change my mind. Sadly it did not, wings still had no salt and pepper, not sure what it was, but they were edible. Burger was OK, but whatever they are calling mustard is not. Fries were good, skip the gravy!

Just tried this place tonight, reviews seemed quite good. I must have hit them at an off time. They missed part of the order, which sadly is why I chose to order from them. Salt and pepper wings were missing salt and pepper, and well any flavour to them. Burger and fries were ok, and cheesecake looks good.
